Certain staff at breakfast were particular (arrogance, doing a character after a request). This was later apologized for by restaurant manager and my wife got her decaf cappuccino as requested. For restaurant one needs to go to main street (2-5 mins. walk)

Perfect location in the town center; nice breakfast; generally friendly staff and nice room. As a plus, we could park the electric car in the garage and charge (at cost). Great bar and bar lady. All in all, great stay!

Great hotel with top staff in the middle of Pontresina. Superb breakfast buffet, spacious rooms with comfy beds. Top value for money. Waxing table with 2 Nordic profiles. Cupcakes and apples with water as a welcome gift. 🤩

- The room was very functional and a nice size for a sport hotel. The bed was great, but it would have been nice to have more confortable chairs and a rug. Maybe our room lacked these things because it was a dog-freindly room.

The staff were extremely helpful. Location great, close to bus routes, train station. Great pools, especially the outdoor heated pool that several jets. Restaurants in close proximity. Breakfast was great!

It was located in a small town that is totally walkable. There were lots of perks like tickets to the funicular and St. Moritz cable cars .

We arrived in the evening and needed to eat dinner, but the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, so the receptionist called another hotel and made a reservation for us. We didn’t realize that the restaurants in Pontresina require reservations and are usually fully booked. We would not have had dinner otherwise.

We didn’t get the info that it should have been compulsory to reserve a parking slot in advantage and there was no space for our car. Had to use the public parking hall.

Room was nice, spacy and clean, and breakfast was excellent. The cable car ticket was huge plus!

The only downside was the walk from the train station to the hotel. It was uphill, which was somewhat difficult for older folks with heavy suitcases. We should have gotten a taxi or let them know to pick us up. They very helpfully dropped us off at the end of our stay.

The breakfast was wonderful. The room was very nice. The hotel is lovely. The staff were very helpful. My husband made use of the laundry facilities. I think this was the only hotel we stayed in (and there were several) that had a washer and dryer.

Lovely hotel with really knowledgeable and friendly staff. Loved the Endagin travel pass. Very nice breakfast with lots of choice. Room was quiet, spacious and spotless. We drink tea rather than coffee and a kettle was provided on request. Heated outdoor pool with fantastic mountain view was also great.

Great location in Pontresina next to Alp Languard lift and best hike in the area. Manager and front desk staff were exceptional. All spoke many languages and offered helpful recommendations. The snow card was terrific providing free local bus train lift transportation. The hotel is adjacent to great pool complex. Highly recommended!

Everything, staff were amazing, we had a pass to the pool and the spa and both were fantastic. Breakfast was a treat, everything provided, excellent choice. Stay for 2 days and you can enjoy the bus, train and the mountains free of charge, called the Engadine pass which is wonderful.

Uphill hike from train station - though a longer, less steep option was available. Taking the bus to Pontresina Post (as was suggested to us by the manager) was a great alternative for our arrival with baggage.

Everything! Friendly, very welcoming and helpful manager and staff. Pontresina was a very clean alpine city with full flower boxes everywhere - so lovely! Good dining options and lots of activities nearby.

We loved the warm welcome and the exceptionally warm response from all members of staff. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. In terms of service, it felt like a 5 Star hotel rather than a three star. Pontresina itself is a warm and friendly place with lots to do and see.

The staff always remember us from previous visits and are extremely helpful and polite. The hotel is perfectly situated and has absolutely everything you need, including the lovely pool and spa.
