We had small window in our 2-levels room for 4 people. It was rather hot even at night. There was no space to dry our swimsuits after the Therme. The breakfast was poor.

Disliked the lack of proper heating in the rooms – in Switzerland, the sun doesn't always shine, and travelers often hike in rainy weather, so it would be great if hotels offered a way to properly dry wet clothes. A simple metal rack doesn’t do the job. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, especially in the corridors, which have absorbed moisture and developed an unpleasant smell. While taste is subjective, I believe many would agree that a Soviet Union (CSSR) T-shirt hanging in the lounge area is not the most tasteful decor choice, especially considering the current geopolitical context in Europe. Regarding breakfast: on the second day, some of the food items served appeared to be leftovers from the previous day — not a major issue, but it did impact the sense of freshness and quality.

A perfect choice when you're looking for everything in one place. By booking the hotel, you get: a free ride up the Gemmi gondola, entry to the thermal baths, breakfast included, free reservations at the sports complex (equipment rental not included), and a cozy lounge area to relax or meet with friends. Special thanks go to the gentleman at the reception – incredibly friendly, helpful, and assisted us with everything. Highly recommended!

There was no closed off designated area to leave luggage and bags ahead of checking in and after checking out. We were allowed to leave our things just outside reception which was fine as the area seemed very safe, but I would have preferred a more closed off area.

Everyone we encountered at the hotel was super friendly. The breakfast spread was excellent, but you have to get there early to get the pick of the more special croissant and bread options as they did not seem to be topped up when finished.

1.Room quite traditional, not big. 2 Pillow is so hollow (Becomes flat as soon as your head is on it), which causes shoulder pain the next morning. 3.Ski room is quite small

Bed was hard.

The property was clean and perfectly located next to the thermal baths. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Our room had a huge balcony across the back of the building. We sat out there and watched the beautiful view of the mountains and waterfalls. We arrived early and we were given entrance to the baths and the Gemmi bahn to take us to the top of the pass. The breakfast was a classic Swiss delicious breakfast.

Carpet flooring in the room, although it makes it cozy and nice to wall on. Paid 7 CHF for a bottle if tab water to the food - seriously? Its not that they have a lack of water there…

I found the family room quite cute, old as expected, but perfect with kids and very cozy in the upper floor with the 2 beds. Superclose to the Thermal bath, nice cable car trip to the mountain included too. The food in the restaurant was also nice.

Cute hotel in the center of Leukerbad right next to the thermal baths and very close to the rest of the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, bed was super comfortable and breakfast was good as well! The price of the stay also had included the full day entrance to the thermal baths, the lift up to the Gemmi pass and a few other discounts and entrances so it was good value.

Hotel can use a cosmetic update as the colours are dated as are the soft furnishings (curtains, bed coverings etc). It is a traditional hotel but a few changes would really make it more cozy and modern-traditional place. Although the thermal baths are close, walking to the Gemmi cable car takes at least 10 -15 minutes.

Very well located hotel, just a hop and skip to the thermal baths. Breakfast continental buffet was very good, great coffee, tea, viennoiserie, meats and cheeses. Room was spacious and very clean.

You can tell that improvements are being made however you should invest in new beds. They are so hard my back hurt the entire time I stayed there. Also new sheets and duvets. The sleep experience is most important when people are traveling. The bathroom was spotlessly clean but the lighting is terrible. Otherwise location, staff was amazing, breakfast was spectacular!
