Very close to Therme and 12 min walk to cable car. Everything is included in your stay. Large room.

We had small window in our 2-levels room for 4 people. It was rather hot even at night. There was no space to dry our swimsuits after the Therme. The breakfast was poor.

A perfect choice when you're looking for everything in one place. By booking the hotel, you get: a free ride up the Gemmi gondola, entry to the thermal baths, breakfast included, free reservations at the sports complex (equipment rental not included), and a cozy lounge area to relax or meet with friends. Special thanks go to the gentleman at the reception – incredibly friendly, helpful, and assisted us with everything. Highly recommended!

Disliked the lack of proper heating in the rooms – in Switzerland, the sun doesn't always shine, and travelers often hike in rainy weather, so it would be great if hotels offered a way to properly dry wet clothes. A simple metal rack doesn’t do the job. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, especially in the corridors, which have absorbed moisture and developed an unpleasant smell. While taste is subjective, I believe many would agree that a Soviet Union (CSSR) T-shirt hanging in the lounge area is not the most tasteful decor choice, especially considering the current geopolitical context in Europe. Regarding breakfast: on the second day, some of the food items served appeared to be leftovers from the previous day — not a major issue, but it did impact the sense of freshness and quality.

Room was nice, especially bathroom, except furniture was somewhat outdated. The bed eas not very comfortable. Hotel location is good, close to Bad. Restaurant service excellent.

Everyone we encountered at the hotel was super friendly. The breakfast spread was excellent, but you have to get there early to get the pick of the more special croissant and bread options as they did not seem to be topped up when finished.

There was no closed off designated area to leave luggage and bags ahead of checking in and after checking out. We were allowed to leave our things just outside reception which was fine as the area seemed very safe, but I would have preferred a more closed off area.

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, 🚠 and Therme included in the room price. Great!

Amazing

The breakfast was very basic. Not even fried eggs. No descriptions either. No gluten or Lactose free offering. Very sugar loaded everything.

Excellent location. Great staff, free entrence to Leukerbad thermal including Sauna!!

1.Room quite traditional, not big. 2 Pillow is so hollow (Becomes flat as soon as your head is on it), which causes shoulder pain the next morning. 3.Ski room is quite small

Neat hotel, well organized, good food and beautiful panoramas.

Weird smell in the corridors

You can tell that improvements are being made however you should invest in new beds. They are so hard my back hurt the entire time I stayed there. Also new sheets and duvets. The sleep experience is most important when people are traveling. The bathroom was spotlessly clean but the lighting is terrible. Otherwise location, staff was amazing, breakfast was spectacular!

The property was clean and perfectly located next to the thermal baths. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Our room had a huge balcony across the back of the building. We sat out there and watched the beautiful view of the mountains and waterfalls. We arrived early and we were given entrance to the baths and the Gemmi bahn to take us to the top of the pass. The breakfast was a classic Swiss delicious breakfast.

Bed was hard.
