No air conditioning: with global warming, fans are not enough. Summer duvets instead of sheets. Towels had seen better days. Single use toiletries instead of dispensers. No staff on Sunday afternoon or after 10pm. No owners visible. Mediocre quality breakfast - juice needs improvement, no scrambled eggs.

Quiet area just outside town. Perfectly connected by fantastic bus services to everything. Cheap safe car parking in front of hotel. Fabulous lake bathing area at 50m. Comfortable beds, good room cleanliness, functional bathroom. Super internet, good tv functionality.

The price is super expensive for its conditions. The bathroom in my room wasn’t really clean and the sockets haven’t been working so no chance to charge batteries.

The hotel is placed very central. 20min walking distance from the station. For just a night quite nice especially as it is super close to the Thuner Seespiele - 5min walk.

The lady at the reception was clearly distracted and impatient. We did not feel welcomed during check-in and throughout our multiple interactions with her over several days. She did not offer the free bus pass that was included in the booking to us and got obviously annoyed we asked about this.

Rooms were old but clean, the breakfast had limited options but good enough. Location was excellent, easily accessible by bus and close to the lake. Staff at the breakfast and restaurant were super kind and friendly.

The breakfast could be better. Some change day to day. All the staff except Anita were brilliant. Anita was very unwelcoming and she really needs to greet guests with a smile not a long face!!. Other staff were really helpful and friendly

When we arrive to the hotel, we asked information about car parkına, unfortunately they didn't give enough and right information so we had paid twice for parkına, it was not good expeirence for us, this situation was unacceptable

Charge of 4 CHF per day for bike parking in a hard-to-access (for heavy touring bikes) cellar wasn’t great. Mattresses very thin and towels very rough.

Good breakfast. Easy access by bus or on foot to lovely town centre. Nice to have water in rooms and the coffee-making area at reception. Bath was nice too.

There is a no parking in the hotel premises. However you can park at a public car park which is like 3 minutes walk away and costs around 5-7 Francs per day. But since its a public car park keep your valuables with you.
