When travelling in Europe buy yourself a cheap cork screw. Most reds are corked. But not a reflection on the hotel itself just what we have found.

The view was amazing, great value for money, clean, comfy, warm, great staff, fabulous plentiful hit and cold breakfast with fresh bread and great assortment of colds. Quiet and well situated. Easy check in and out. Very responsive history and easy walk to trains. Great food options .

The property was so expensive - yes this is Switzerland. But in some ways they could do more to justify the value. We barely saw any staff. There was no fridge. The breakfast wasn’t much. We mainly had toast and cereal. Coffee wasn’t very good. It felt like a 70s motel. They could do more the money they charge.

The location was good. 5min drive to Interlaken. 15min to Grindelwald and Laterbrunnen. It was great to havie parking easily outside. The bed was ok. Was not super comfortable but ok. It had nice views off the balcony. But the chairs were too uncomfortable to sit outside. So we just opened the blinds.

Instructions for staying the Annex weren't super clear. Felt like we walked in circles to check in and then get to the room. Rooms weren't very soundproof. We stayed on the ground floor and had what sounded like kids staying in the room above us. Could hear them running and jumping around late into the night.

Beautiful small town, only 1 stop from Interlaken and quite secluded. Had a beautiful view of Jungfrau from our room. Room was a great size. Breakfast included was great variety and quality.

No onsite restaurant so breakfast not an option onsite.

It is basically a motel so you park right outside your door, conveniently. The best restaurant in Wilderswill is right across the street, an excellent dinner option to walk to.

The walls were thin and the shower head was too low. Had to hold above our heads with one hand majority of the time.

The views are amazing, the room was clean, the shower was big, and the continental breakfast was good.They had a good variety of protein, dairy, and breads with coffee and juice. We also appreciated them storing our luggage before check in.

Our room was in the Annex, not in the main hotel. Building was more like an American motel and looks much better in the photos than it actual is. I was not a fan of the self check-in. We ended up having to go to the main hotel anyway. Breakfast is served in another building but umbrella was provided. As with some other B&Bs we stayed in it had a very high tub that is difficult for seniors to negotiate. The shower head was so low that you had to be around four feet tall to get under it, but it had a hand-held wand. Patio was unusable because of chain-smokers next door, which was disappointing because that was the main reason I chose it. Not the hotel's fault, but I was unaware that in that part of Europe smoking is allowed everywhere if you are outside, including restaurants, and there are plenty of smokers.

Reasonable walk to the Wilderswil train station. Free parking. Breakfast was adequate. View of Jungfrau. Restaurant was good. Luna Piccante pizza across the street was fast & tasty. They provided washcloths!! No a/c but they provided a fan. Staff seemed to think about what travelers needed and did their best to provide it. Basic needs met but I would probably choose to stay in the main hotel if I ever return.

For the price paid, I would have liked at least one full time staff on the property. But at least the online response time is fast. And bathrooms could be bigger. Important that towels should not be placed hanging 1 inch above the toilet dustbin so that it will touch the towel when you flip open the dustbin.

Comfortable rooms with nice view and feel. And water bottles in the room. The 2 USB charging points in the room are very thoughtful and a life saver. Staff online response time is good. Breakfast area is cute and cosy although it’s not allowed to eat on the tables outside unless you clean up yourself after so one more staff member may help.

We had a panaroma room on the first floor of the hotel with amazing view of the mountains. It has a balcony on which you can enjoy your morning coffee or a evening drink with fabulous views. It is a short walk from the station. This hotel is about 500m from their main hotel which has a reception. The Annex-in does not have a reception and have to do self check-in at a building just opposite the hotel which also has the breakfast area. The breakfast was nice with scrambled eggs, breads, cereals, yogurt, coffee, fruits, cheeses. We don't require a very fancy breakfast or too many options and this is enough for us. The staff is also nice and we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Wilderswil which is conveniently located only one train stop away from Interlaken OST.

The bed was a little bit uncomfartable. 2 beds were attached together but we don't like that it as a couple.

The view was amazing, room was spacious and very clean. Best value/performance hotel in the neighbourhood. Close to the train and bus station.

The bathroom space was restricted by the bath tub - I guess its slightly a old property. They did not have a kitchen ! It was the first stay of mine with no kitchen, since that was the expectation throughout my trip - so it went below the expectation for the price I paid.

View, space and the self-check in concept. The property is just one train away R61 or R62 from Interlaken OST, so the reachability is GOOD! Wilderswil is a pleasant village town, quiet, cozy - since I am always opting for stays out side of the bustling city.
