Stayed on the 3rd floor. While the view is great, the flight of stairs is a challenge especially when you have heavy luggage.

The street could be noisy. It was hot when we were there and we couldn’t keep the bedroom windows open (no A/C).

Great location, one the main street, right near the train station. Apartment was clean and well appointed. Easy self check-in. Host was very quick to respond to questions via the Booking app. Excellent value, especially since we got two rooms - a bedroom and a kitchen/dining area/living area.

The apartment was the perfect place to stay in Zermatt. The location was close to the train station with a balcony facing the main street. There was no extra noise from neighbors our outdoors. It is close to the COOP grocery store. Although we didn't cook in the unit, it was fully stocked for anyone who wanted to. It was very clean and updated.

The stairs up to our room on the 1st floor. We had big luggage which made it a bit onerous. The shower is good and strong. However, the water was slow to drain which results in minor flooding which bathing. Not too big an issue though. The early check out at 930am. Would be better if check in is like 2pm to 3pm and check out at 10am to 11am, closer to what most other accommodation will offer and gives ample time for cleaning which we can understand. Otherwise, everything is great!

The apartment is 3 min walk from the train station. It's cozy, modern,.spacious for 2 people.

The lodge was very clean and comfortable. It had close access to shopping, restaurants, COOP, and the train station. We arrived late and the lodge was just a minute walk from the train. The host was very quick to answer questions and was very hospitable.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay here. We loved it all!!

Alpine Lodge is right in the main street of Zermatt. It is so close to the train station and everything you could need or want to do in Zermatt. Alpine lodge is fitted with quality and well functioning products throughout. Everything is as advertised. It is modern, clean and sitting on the verandah is a delightful way to ‘while’ away some time. Highly recommend.

Can’t fault this place

This is a fantastic apartment with everything included to self cater. Lovely balcony overlooking the Main Street of Zermatt with a view of the Matterhorn from the kitchen and bedroom. Just was super helpful. Perfect location - close to Train station and easy access to the main attractions

Absolutely nothing. It has everything you’d need.

Brilliant location, easy to find and close to train station and heaps of restaurants. Apartment is modern, quiet, well appointed, includes coffee pods, soaps and detergent. Very comfy beds and fab pillows. Easy access to apartment and little balcony for watching the goats go to a fro during July and August.

Location in Zermatt street was fabulous. Double glazing was great at excluding noise on busy nights. Decor was lovely in this compact pleasant apartment.

I'm not sure what I would change. Everything was smooth and easy.

We've stayed there before and found the location close to the Bahnhof to be perfect for us. The hosts left the keys in the apartment which made everything very easy.
