Location next to river is so great. Windows open all night and slept like a baby. Staff is great and a lot of nice folks from all over the world. Loved this place!

Could use some updating regarding the shared showers and the mattresses.

Was a 15 minute walk from the station so it made for a very peaceful and quiet stay. Kitchen was great and rooms had wonderful views.

Can be a bit of hassel to walk there with luggage but that isn't the owner(s)' fault and there is a bus stop nearby if absolutely needed.

It's in a very pretty location surrounded by mountains and small waterfalls. The service is very friendly and the public amneties such as the show and bathroom were kept nice and clean.

Only one bad thing that was its noise after 10. It was some people that were running in the hallway and you can hear it all in your room. It was written quietly after 22:00, but not. I think it’s good idea to have someone stay in hostel even during to night in order to avoid the noise.

It was an amazing place. We had room with balcony and view is amazing. Personal is very nice, really care about guests. Check in was very quick, all were ready for us. Rooms are clean and nice. You have sink in rooms, but toilets and bathrooms is shared and clean. Kitchen is good equipped, there is space to seat outside also. They have some games outside. And parking is also nice part of it. Views from this hostel amazing. Can hardly recommend it.

Nothing, can’t fault this hostel

The staff at this hostel made the experience such a memorable one. Johnny working there was extremely friendly and made our stay one of our favourites in Switzerland. The vibe of this hostel is one of a kind and such a nice atmosphere around the place. Not to mention the view from our room was incredible!

The bed was quite uncomfortable as were the pillows. We both had many neck aches each morning from sleeping on the pillows

The location is excellent, and there are many fun games inside and in the yard. We played a lot of ping pong and tried out the slack line.

I wish there were more kitchen options - oven, toaster. The bed was not that comfortable.

The staff & owner were friendly & helpful. The showers were amazing - some of the best I ever had. It was nice to have a sink in the roll & I liked that both the bathrooms and showers were gendered. I had a balcony room & the view of the valley & mountains was beautiful. I enjoyed relaxing on the hammock and outdoor seating.

this is the best hostel i've stayed at. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the room and communal areas were well maintained and clean, and the views from outside were unbelievable. I spent 5 nights here and I hope to stay again someday :)

I couldn't find a kettle to boil some water for a coffee so had yo use the microwave.

This hostel is in a beautiful,quiet location with a stunning view of the mountains and yet it's really close to the bus stop in case you don't have a car.The rooms are bright and airy, clean and comfortable.The staff are very friendly and helpful.There is plenty of space to sit and relax,inside and out.Also a huge kitchen.

The location was amazing. Out of a three week trip throughout Europe, this was one of my favorite stays. The staff was helpful. The kitchen and facilities were great. It was wonderful coming back to the hostel at the end of a long day.

The mattress on our bed was quite uncomfortable, and seemed like it just needed replacing. The pillows were also not great, and it would make a huge difference to just get some new ones.

The best thing was the showers - really powerful and hot water! The hotel is well located with beautiful views of the mountains. The staff were really friendly. Kitchen facilities were great, and the hotel is quiet at night.

It's not in the city center :))) The building is a bit shabby, but clean! Big kitchen and nice\usable shared bathroom. Excellent staff! We loved it so much!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is a little further from town (15 walk) so away from the crowds of tourists. The view from the window is amazing and right in front of a waterfall that lights up at night. The hostel has a cool vibe - lots of base jumpers but also lots of solo or couples just travelling. We got there on a Sat night and there was a BBQ. We got to know Johnny who is such a sincere, kind, and cool person who has lived the most interesting life and has the best stories to share. The hostel itself was very clean and it was never too busy in the communal washrooms or kitchen. Overall, you can’t beat the price and location of this place. It was a truly memorable stay.

Situated at the valley’s base with a breathtaking view of the falls, this hostel offers private rooms despite its communal vibe. The clear, straightforward rules ensured a peaceful stay, and we weren’t disturbed by anyone.

Showers in the lower level of the building require a walk down stairs through public areas.

The outdoor/adventure atmosphere of the property was a welcome change from the usual tourist hotels. This is a no-frills property in one of the most spectacular places I have ever visited-similar in scenic interest to Yosemite park but without some of the crowding. Probably best to visit in a "shoulder season" month and best to visit in a car as you would otherwise need to walk approx 1 km from train station to visit any other town by train. The owner Johnny is very friendly and helpful and does not hesitate to socialize with his guests.
