It was very hot in Lucern and the fan in the room was not sufficient to keep us cool.

It was convenient and easy for us to check in ourselves. The room was more than we required, and the breakfast buffet had a sufficient selection of options. It was very easy to leave our luggage at the hotel around the corner.

Easy Checkin process and best part was the bus station which was right at the exit of the building and also very close to the main Lucerne train and ferry station. Coop was hardly 100m distance and there were so many bakery shops and restaurabts right in front of the property. Rooms was good and spacious. Though there was noone at the reception because it's a Self checkin hotel but process was really simple. During our 3 day stay, rooms were cleaned daily and towels were replaced. We booked without breakfast but Coffee and tea was complimentary at their 2nd floor cafeteria. There was oven to heat up the food at 2nd floor restaurant. We arrived early and luggage was stored at Hotel prix right next to the apartment without any additional cost.

Very uncomfortable third person pull out couch. Toilette paper not replenished through our stay. Fan removed while we were out for the day.

No air conditioning and since it is very noisy outside the room we kept the window shut so it was hot at night. There was a fan though.

It was a little bit hot. The bath tube was high and risky. The light was insufficent and the room was dark.

They think so many things for us. For example, early check-in or late check-out luggage lockers are there. There is no receptionist but it was easy to complete check-in. The breakfast team was kind and helpful. Also, they send my visitors card as QR and give so many useful info with an e-mail.

Very thin towels, no coffee maker, and a humming noise that we couldn’t figure out.

It was convenient for one night after arriving from the U.S. and needing a place to sleep off jet lag while also getting a nice start to Switzerland’s sights. Self-checkin was easy and parking and Coop were right next door. A quick walk down to the lake, restaurants and bridge. Slept well.

The pillow wasn’t so great, it was too hot ( it will be great if in the future an AC unit will be installed) and too much noise from outside.

The room was very hot, it was hard to sleep. The system broke down and we had to move between two hotels to check-in.

Good location, close to the bus stop and the small mall. Nice outdoor space, access to coffee maker.

The room was a little bit stuffy and warm

I like the location. It is not too far away from the train station, walkable distance, and yet it is reachable through bus as well. The bus stop is just outside the hotel, quite convenient! The breakfast is good too, i even saw there is wine served in the morning? 😄 The room is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Rooms need better pillows as they were flat without much support and rooms definitely need A/C as we visited during hot weather and had to use small pedestal fan and leave window open at night.

Hotel in excellent location in a quiet area. Amenities in hotel were good. Included breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Efficient checking process.

Kettle in room would have been nice , but hot drinks available from reception in adjacent hotel. Room quite hot when weather very warm but fan available.

Personnel in adjacent hotel helpful.

The fact the adjacent hotel staff could answer my questions. The self checkin part was not useful.
