It is a bit cramped and the sofa doesn’t look too clean.

There is a small lift so no worries if you have lots of luggage. Had everything we needed for one night. Staff was kind and helpful. Has buses to go around, but also walkable to most sights and train station.

Price but had it's purpose a bed to sleep in like I said above sharing toilets and showers is a no no when your charging such a price plus the fridge didn't work and one of the sockets in our room was very dangerous as the lights that were plugged into the same socket did not work

Friendliness of staff and location I know it's high season but for apartments little to high in price having to share toilets and showers when you pay that amount of money you expect en suite

The room had terrible smell - cigarettes and old dirt. There is a kiosk right under the apartments on 1st floor and there is always someone smoking. Shower and toilet is outside the room, but was clean.

Bed was comfortable, sheets clean. Location really close to all atractions and promenade.

The photos are not correct. The room we booked that we could afford was a shared bathroom and these are not at the same place but a walk down the road to the bus station and the area around here is noisy and dirty. Our bedroom was right in a bus stop and the rubbish bins for glass right at our window so very noisy with people tipping glass at all hours. It's a bit rough around and I wouldn't let my daughter walk down by herself. Don't trust the photos!!!!!

the blinds didn’t fully go down and given that the curtains are semi transparent, a lot of light from the outside came into the room.

there are very little options in luzern for an OK price. this is the best we could find. the bed was fine and so were the pillows. there was plenty of space in the room.

The toilet room was good but the shower room did not drain well. The elevator was a bit noisy.

You pay for what you get. The room was nice and comfortable enough, and there was a private sink in the room. The reception is offsite and a little difficult to find based off the directions fro maps but the staff took us to the property and were very helpful. Great location if coming from the train station.

We got rashes on body in both morning. Maybe it's coincidence, but we didn't have any issue with it in our last 5 weeks of travels.. don't have thus issue with our new places in another swiss hotel yesterday...

Unfortunately, when I went to return my key the next morning, another receptionist took the key and made no move to give me my money back. When asked, he first claimed there wasn't a deposit. When I requested he check the folder, he made a big show of not finding my form with the banknote clipped to it! He finally grudgingly returned my money. Not the sort of behaviour you expect in Switzerland - nor anywhere else, for that matter.

On arrival, the staff were friendly and helpful. The receptionist actually took me to my room, which was a five-minute walk from the main building. I was impressed.

A bit rundown.

You pay for what you get. The room was nice and comfortable enough, the private sink was good. Bathrooms were okay, but shared. It was a minimal property, good for a cheap one night stay in a private room. The staff were lovely and helpful, the reception is offsite but the staff took us to the property which was helpful.

The bed sheets smelled like sweat. It seems like it hadn’t been cleaned. That was the only thing that made me skeptical of the cleanliness.

I loved the location! Very great place. Walking distance to all major points of the city and super close to the Lion monument. Also VERY friendly staff!!

This property was one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. The duvet was clearly old and yellowing, the curtains were see through and we were on a main street. The entrance is down a dirty alleyway, with bins and cig butts on the floor. The corridor looked like a prison. No lights going into the building up the stairs to your room. Only one plug socket in the room. The walls were so thin you could hear absolutely every movement. Everything in the room was old. To top it off, the shared toilet had the most awful smell. Would not recommend to anyone, especially for the price I paid.

The location is difficult to get to considering where you have to check in and parking is terrible but it's bearable considering how close everything is. Just difficult if you have a lot of luggage.

Worst place ever. Drug users in the apartment's no security. Psycho hitting on our door in the night. A lot of screaming all night long. Warning never go here! It is not safe! And also extra €60 for parking.

It was not very easy to find the place.You have to find Hotel Luzernhof first for checking and collecting the keys.Then you need to walk to the property.Apart from this annoying detail ,the property is clean and gives you a specious feeling.

An absolute gem of an apartment right in the city centre. Perfect for longer stays as well as our short one with plenty of space for a large group. The deco is also very unique!
