Very hot during the days when we went. We were outside mostly during the day, but it was still warm whenever inside. With open windows at night it was okay.

The staff was the kindest. Very quiet. In the Guest House we had access to a washer and dryer.

Simply amazing. Loved every bit of it. Staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Benjamin and Miguel. we reached late as our flight was delayed. When we were checking in Benjamin asked us if we had dinner and arranged for the bar kitchen to be open till we had something to eat. Miguel was at the railway station to pick us up which was a blessing after the long journey from Zurich. We will surely be back there on our next trip.

What is there not to like about the clean Swiss air when you are surrounded by impressive mountains, including the Eiger itself?

the ground floor Eiger Aparthotel apartment is spacious for a family of 4. We booked with the cleaning package with as bonus the coffee + OK cake between 3 and 5pm in the hotel. The gym in the hotel is top and walk to the station 5 minutes easy.

I stayed at Eiger Selfness Hotel for 5 nights and I had a wonderful time. The hotel is centrally located in a beautiful spot, with a view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the daily sauna, which was available for the guests. It was a great way to unwind and rejuvenate after a day of hiking. Another thing I loved was the afternoon tea, which was a delight. There were also many small little things that made my stay wonderful.

For the price , I did expect the room to be in better condition. We had a broken radiator that wouldn't turn off (during summer), the floors are water damaged, the kitchen is outdated, one of the bathroom doors was very hard to close, and the room was generally fairly dark due to locations of light fixtures. We would absolutely go back, but would look to do so at a lower price point.

The room was very spacious and pretty with fantastic views! The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and patient. The hotel is very customer-oriented and provides opportunities for all types of families and individuals to enjoy their vacation.

The need to carry luggage via stairs in the hotel although few steps but with heavy loads it feels forever. For muslim travellers, hardly any halal food here. We had to cook some meals

Great location. Great views.A lot of of shops and restaurants around. Walking distance from the train station. Nice area to be walking and chilling in the evening. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. Good location, walking distance to train station, Grindelwald First, Coop Supermaket, etc. Staffs were excellent & friendly and especially Melanie thank you for a surprise gift on my birthday. I love there’s kitchen so we could prepare breakfast and dinner, also there’s washing machine & dryer. We didnt feel cold as room was warm enough. Beds were comfortable. We will stay here again if we go to Grindelwald.

Only 1 washer & dryer each, can offer more washer & dryer facilities, especially during the evening when most are back from day tours & and do laundry in the evening.

The staffs are excellent & extremely friendly. The apartment is very clean per my fussy 76-year-old standard. The space is just nice for our family of 5. I'll definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Eiger hotel. The staff were so friendly. Our apartment had every amenities we could hope for to make our stay comfortable. Still can’t get over the view from our balcony.

This hotel is a 6-7 minute walk to the train station and is right in the center of shopping, grocery store and restaurants. Our room has a mountain view which was an upgrade. The balcony was fantastic for us to sit back and relax to enjoy the mountains

Housekeeping did come on second day but didn’t clean the room & toilet. Then I put up “no disturb” sign. I was busy going out & forgot to ask for cleaning.
