The only thing worth mentioning is that the bedrooms are next to the street and the streetlights are very bright. Some blackout or room darkening curtains are needed for these rooms. I tried to sleep with a mask on but it gives me a tension headache so I ended up sleeping on the couch, which was comfortable enough for me. Also, the shower is a little on the small side and the door tends to let a good bit of water out. Make sure to lay down a big towel to catch the water.

The property is well stocked, very clean, airy and light! The location is wonderful. The view of the Matterhorn was gorgeous. Nadia, the host, is so kind and flexible. The community is quiet after 10 pm. We would certainly stay here again. Thank you Nadia.

The laundry facility was difficult to use but it’s a minor issue for us. The pros of this place more than make up for this

The property is very new and very beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is very well equipped and the living room is very cozy. To us, the best part of the property is the small outdoor area. It was snowing when we visited and my kids had a great time playing snow while I cooked in the kitchen. The host was very responsive, friendly and helpful to us. She even had a place for us to store our luggage when we checked out. We wish we could spend more days here!

We had to sometimes leave the windows open so condensation wouldn't build up, which wasn't a problem at all, however being a city slicker from the United States, it creates a little paranoia.

The location was great and plenty of space. Friendly and communicative host. About a 10 minute walk to the main gondola and steps to my favorite restaurants, bars, and shops in Zermatt. Very quiet at night.

Its not that I did not like it, but we could not get why we had to clean the kitchen and leave in the same condition as we arrived. Its not a problem at all, but why the kitchen and not the other rooms? I'm not taking any points away for this "cleaning service", I just found it a bit weird....

The apartment is spacious and contains all the equipment you might need. We stayed on the ground floor apartment and still managed to have a view of the beautiful Matterhorn. We did not meet the host, but we got clear instruction in terms how to get the keys. The apartment is about 10-15 min walk to the station, which is fine as you can enjoy the lovely views.

Nothing major as such but maybe if there were darker curtains in the bedroom or had blinds, we would have preferred as we're used to sleeping in the dark but this is not really a problem since you would want to get up early in Zermatt and do the activities.

Nadia was a great host. She welcomed us with chocolates, card, and was very considerate and sent several reminders about things, asked questions that we probably didn't think about (e.g. giving us the option to store luggage after check-out). The place is very cosy and has an amazing view of the lovely Matterhorn (which I didn't know about), so was quite surprised to see it in the morning. The place is quite walkable to nearby grocery store (200m approx), and is also not far from Zermat main train station (about 800m walk b/w the market area which is also nice and pleasant as you don't realize the distance. The apartment is also well lit, and comfortable for a group of 4 adults and couple of kids, or in case you're more you can request extra mattress. The living room is the highlight and with the open kitchen and we spent most of our time in the house there.

Location of the flat. Communication with our host by text message. Host was extremely hospitable. lovely and nice equipment. Flat is suitably furnished and there is a nice view on the Matterhorn.

One of the bedrooms does not get very dark due to thin curtains and outside lighting that stays on at night. There is a nice-sized refrigerator, but no freezer.

Host was very responsive and welcoming. Apartment was exceptionally clean, and is comfortable and quiet. Good location - we walked everywhere. Locker and storage area for ski equipment very handy.
