It’s not in the center, but it’s close to the cable car, so for winter it’s great

My only complaint were the pillows. Although the bed and the duvet were quite comfortable, the pillows were too soft. I couldn't get comfortable despite having asked for an extra one and layering them.

The property, the amenities, its environment and both the breakfast buffet and the à la carte restaurant were excellent. The rooms and the overall facility were impeccably clean. The staff was very lovely and helpful, as well. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back.

Excelent breakfast and good room size. I particurlarly like the big closet space for luggage and the nice balcony. The restaurant is also excelent and there are lots of options for activities for children.

The bus that connects to gstaad main area is once in an hour in both ways. Or walking is 2 km one way.

The staff, matti family and especially TIM were so good, they made us feel at home. Always helpful in all ways be it breakfast, checkin, checking out nearby attractions or even dropping us to railway station in their car with all our baggages. We are pleased that we chose this property and would love to visit again.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the views were stunning. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and charming—perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it and would love to return!

Run by a lovely family who organized drinks for guests during easter period. Everyone is very family friendly, warm and accommodating. It’s near clean and very well taken care of.

Really wonderful room. - Well equipped: with a kettle, coffee machine, water, some good chocolates and a nice bag of nuts. - Wonderful staff that thinks along (we wanted to sit outside as we were unlucky to set next to a family with really bad behaving kids, and they were super accommodating and helpful) - Amazing view from the balcony. - They really live up to their promise on reducing food waste. No green washing ;) Absolutely loved every bit of it!

This was a really great hotel for children, the facilities were brilliant and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We loved the room, the view was amazing. It was also easy distance to walk into Gstaad. Highly recommend.

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Arc-en-ciel Gstaad while skiing. Great location, cozy rooms, and excellent service. Perfect for a ski trip—highly recommend!

The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is great - right next to the eggli gondola. Hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Great breakfast and food at the restaurant. And of course great views of the mountains.

All ski equipment was free of charge and the ski lifts were right next to the hotel. The city centre was also only a 10 minute walk away. The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms all had the wooden chalet vibes.
