The cleaning staff didn't clean the room very well. We slept with the same sheets and duvet for four days. The room was also dusty for those four days.

The breakfast, location, and ambiance are fantastic. The staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful.

The mattress and pillows were horrible. Couldn't sleep the first night so they had to put in additional mattress lining to make it better the next night. Pillows were very bad and the same had to be replaced by staff in the middle of the night. The gentleman at the reception did not tell us that the hotel will be observing a "No dinner / No restaurant open" policy at the property on the second day of our stay. (This is a weekly thing! ) There were no restaurants available in the vicinity of the hotel, so we had to rely on potato crisps :( The worst part of our experience was that the breakfast area and food was infested with flies everywhere. Upon asking the staff, they literally mentioned, the flies are harmless.

The location of the property and views from the windows are amazing. Since property is on a hilltop with no adjacent properties, it feels really nice with views of distant mountains.

It was an amazing experience and it not the first time for me in the hotel and every time it surprised me with the facilities well prepared. Aspen Alpine Lifestyle Hotel in Grindelwald offers cozy rooms with breathtaking views. The air conditioning is a rare and welcome feature. A smart TV with Netflix/YouTube would enhance the stay. Bigger rooms than most in Grindlewald Big thanks to the friendly staff for their warm hospitality and the delicious breakfast each morning. Seemed the family rooms are the only ones without a balcony or terrace. Also, I'm not sure why they charge 5chf for parking, seemed a bit silly considering they have a huge parking lot and are located up the hill away from town.

Nice hotel with beautiful views of the Grindewald valley. The staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We also ate dinner in the restaurant (be sure to book ahead as it isn't very big). The menu isn't large, but everything we ate was delicious and well presented. Unfortunately, we arrived too late for the complimentary tea and cakes in the afternoon, but we thought it was a nice concept.

I wish I could enjoy breakfast in an open space with fresh air

This is my third time staying at this hotel because it offers a lot of relaxation and peace, which is exactly what I need. The views are beautiful, and the food is really tasty. The chef always does an amazing job and prepares our meals with love. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s the best place to relax and enjoy a vacation
