It was not the fault of the property but there was construction right in front of the hotel and at times it was very noisy. If we would have known we would have chosen a hotel at the other end of town. We had looked forward to playing pool at the hotel but were then told that it wasn't available becasue of a private function that was ongoing during our 2 day stay. There was a travel card included with our stay which could be used for free use of ski lifts, golfing, paddle boats etc.. It would have been good if the hotel let us know about it. We only found out by chance when entering the information office of the town.

The staff was very friendly. The dining and bar area was very nice.

The beds were a little firm and I would have liked more pillows to choose from, the two pillows available in our double room were quite soft. The room was a bit hot at night, but that's what you get visiting in high summer!

The breakfast and service from reception and waitstaff was fabulous! The rooms were a decent size, and the bathrooms were well appointed. I really loved the local soap in the bathroom.

The hotel is beautiful, the view of the mountain very nice, the rooms are comfortable, big and very clean. The location is perfect to walk by the lake and hike up the mountains. The personnel is very friendly, welcoming and helpful for any question asked. The breakfast is good and suits people with gluten allergies. The spa is very pleasant. We liked it so much we stayed another night.

Amazing staff and location. I went by myself on a solo ski trip and m stay was everything I was hoping for. Hotel is at a walking distance from the train station,.and the train trip from Chur to Arosa is just stunning. The small spa in the hotel provided for a much needed relaxing time after a day of skiing!
