Very comfortable rooms, all you need in a smaller space... The receptionists are very nice and ready to explain all you need... However, it is a bit farther from the city centre (Altstadt, Kleinbasel) - not a walkable distance...

Maybe we should have had advance information about the transportation difficulties.

Very good breakfast. We had problems getting around the city. The location is good, but unfortunately our transportation was difficult due to the ongoing repairs in the city. Also incomprehensible to us on the day of the football match from 6:00 PM to midnight the bus lines were stopped. Bus 14 was not running on its route, so we rode around the city for over an hour with the enthusiastic fans of the local club. Finally, after the bus returned to the original stop, we took a taxi to the hotel.

Room is very small, really. If you need to stay longer, than just for sleeping, it gets uncomfortable.

Location 10 minutes from tram stop (not too bad). Air conditioning was set to 19c but room temp stayed at 23C….

Hotel is quite new, v clean, with secure underground parking! The BaselCard provided with the booking gives free public transport and 50% off to city museums (fantastic!). Great views of Basel from the upper floors (all rooms look out onto the city).

The window opened onto the bed. When you opened the window, you couldn't lie down in bed.

The A/C was definitely not able to keep the room at a comfortable temp and too much noise from the road to open the window for any length of time. We were able to get a fan from reception, and that made things a bit better.

Convenient location to catch the tram. Small clean room. Quiet if you dont open the very large window. Staff very helpful.

Small room, quite crammed, beds were a bit hard and rooms were very warm and aircon only went down to 18.

Nice but small room, very easy to get to the stadium and were able to leave bags and car behind. Basel pass is a nice addition.

The room was adequate but very small for 2 adults and 2 dogs Don’t provide water , no tea/ coffee facilities in room.

Unfortunately the room was not clean upon arrival. The floor was dirty and the board next to the bed and in the open shelf were really dusty. Also there was some hair of another person in the bathroom next to the toilet. Having to pay for parking is always kind of unwelcoming. This usually only happens if there is a garage though. In the room there was not a lot of space so it was difficult to place the suitcase anywhere

The staff at the reception was friendly, attentive and helpful There are elevators and the WiFi worked well. For one night this hotel is nice but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay

The bed was a little hard for me but my husband loved it.

Good location to watch a Women’s Euros match because the stadium is a short walk away. The hotel had a lovely relaxed feel and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The room wasn’t big but was very clean and had everything we needed. We were on the 10th floor and it was very quiet and we had a great view. So happy that we had air conditioning. My son was also very impressed with the breakfast (how he rates hotels).
