Nothing, it met expectations

Breakfast was good, room was clean and spacious and very friendly receptionist who helped us out.

The breakfast is not worth the money. Also the hotel isn't not that cyclist friendly as it claims to be. The cyclist specific infrastructure is average for that region.

Everything is very clean. The place is also very quiet although it is located next to the railway tracks. You can enjoy a great view over the lake from the sauna also from some of the rooms.

First self check-in hotel for us. Easy to use the check-in system. Clean nice quiet rooom. Good breakfast. Very good bicycle garage with repair and pump possibility.

The interior of our room was a little cold and quite empty for the size of it. Some of the breakfast items were out when we were there.

We really loved the location! Beautiful walking paths along the lake were close by and some nice bars/ restaurants! The hotel is right opposite the train station (we couldn’t hear the train at night though) which is super handy for exploring other areas around the lake! Our room was big, with a lot of natural light and a nice view of the lake!

Small fridge or mini bar would be useful. Rural surroundings and construction nearby but no noise, no works during our stay.

Clean room, big windows, nice selection for breakfast, coffee available at the lobby whole day. Self check-in works perfectly. Lake is 5-10 min. walk across the street. Good food in hotel restaurant

A little too far out of town for us although we only stayed one night so would have maybe ventured out further if had more time.

Very clean , secure easy parking. Efficient electronic check in. Food in restaurant lovely.

Surprisingly the dinner on 20.6. was excellent, congrats to the Chef and also the waitress was super friendly. Completely different experience as at my last visit ca two months ago. Later check-out was feasible.

Parking was a real disaster! You cannot reserve the parking lot in advance, so after check-in i had to wait about 30 min till somebody called me and told me where am i allowed to leave the car. This is a huge disadvantage when there is no staff in house to help out with such things. At least for 2 days of festival when all hotels were overbooked they could hire some temporary staff to handle such things. Other than that everything was fantastic!

Very Clean, very big room with fantastic view. Facilities were exceptional and the spa was outstanding. Very close to train station from which you can connect to St Gallen easily in 20 min

Breakfast was -Buffet -very good & incl coffee with nice cups- also wellness& Fitness room super👌 on the top with view on Bodensee- and also large rooms with much daylight from allside. Fast check in on computer in the garage - practibel

Good sound insulation, especially in the morning, no noise is heard, which is common in other hotels. Excellent parking in the garage with direct access to the rooms.

Room was located to the main street, in the early morning it was noisy. There were no option to chose a room-location during the check in process.
