Good location. There were separate male and female toilet and showers that I liked. It was clean and tidy.

Smelt of smoke, not sure if it was people smoking outside coming in. The bed wasn't very comfortable but I was only staying one night so it was fine.

I stopped for one night during my ride around the Bodensee. for the price for a solo traveler, it was everything I expected and needed. The room was clean and comfortable, simple yet spacious enough to allow for movement. Big window to let in fresh air, and plenty of bathroom facilities across the hall. I also appreciated being able to park my bicycle in the interior corridor.

A cat must have made itself at home in the clean laundry at some point... my shower towel reeked of cat urine as soon as it became wet. Thankfully I brought my own. My room was right above the door that separated the restaurant/bar downstairs from the toilets... every time a bar guest went to the loo between 10pm and 2am and opened/closed the door, I woke up.

Location is good. Staff was friendly. The room was good for short stay.

My only slight issues were the time I had to be back there for in the evening which was 10pm and the proximity of the main road.

They have indoor bike storage. Older building but upgrades done to bathroom. Clean comfortable beds. Close to grocery store. Warm welcome.

It was a private room with shared bath and shower. Private entrance. Free Wifi. The host was very friendly and had a map of the town to share which was very helpful.

There was no elevator. Beautiful staircase but if you're traveling with luggage something to keep in mind.

I arrived quite late and the lady was very accommodating. Communication on the messaging app was great and she replied very quickly. The last who greeted me was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was good and considering this was one of the cheapest places I could find I was very impressed. I had a single bed, plenty of sockets to charge my devices and a shared shower room next door. Everything was clean and tidy. Location was excellent, it’s located just underneath the castle and just a few steps from the waterfront. The town is a few minutes walk away and the huge waterfall is a 45-60 minute stroll along the river. Is be happy to stay here again especially if the price is right.

Very central location. Host very helpful and looked after our bikes. Rooms comfortable but bit dated. Good stopover for our cycle trip along the Rhine.

Public areas very smoky as bar downstairs was busy and allowed smoking. Bathroom small but ok. Needs an update.

Near the downtown of Schaffhausen. Easy to get to Rhine Fall and Stein.
