The location was pretty close to everything.

The owner is very rude, we accidentally opened one of her cabinet at the kitchen coz we were looking for spoon and fork, she came to us and she was so mad and she even slammed the cabinet infront of us. Me and my husband was so disappointed!

The location is absolutely amazing, the place is easy to find, and the staff is really nice. My room was also very comfortable.

The showerhead in the bathroom was not working.

Beautiful view from Room 1 of the waterfall and valley, comfortable and decent room. Bathroom was falling apart but expected at such decently priced spot in Switzerland.

The toilet all the way upstairs was falling a part along with the shower.

Good location to train station and shops. There’s a little shared balcony to sit on. Bed was comfortable and room was big. The kitchen is very small but had a microwave, stove top and small fridge, everything we needed to make dinner. There’s one cute four seat table in common area for meals and we were usually the only ones using it.

Only one toilet and shower (in the same room) for everyone on the floor (although as we get up before others we managed fine). Bedroom door handle squeaked loudly so it was impossible to get in and out of room without making a lot of noise.

The location is good. The reception agreed to store our luggage for a few hours.The kitchen on each floor had an electric kettle and a microwave

There was only one toilet and bathroom for the entire floor, which wasn’t enough, and it wasn’t very clean. The blanket wasn’t very clean either. Because of the use of parquet on the ceiling and floor, there was a lot of noise between the floors, and it was hard to get proper rest.

Inexpensive room of decent size, convenient kitchen (shared) for preparing meals and coffee, shared bathroom was mostly available

Easy to hear noises from other rooms on our floor; room door was a bit squeaky

Good communication with staff, good location, good price.

It can be cleaned a lot more. The toilet seat screws need to be tightened. The shower head is not usable. The bathtub looks so dirty and so is the room floor. No elevator and the the top stairs outside needs to be fixed almost tripped us in the dark.

Everything from Doors to Beds makes a lot of noise and irritating.

Love the location

Bed and sheets were not comfortable. Stairs with luggage were not fun. No ac or tv.

The hotel place and sights are amazing.

The room only had 2 outlets.

Everything was perfect. Outdone our expectations!!

The place was really clean but the guests wasn't very respectful. Maybe you can put signs about the hygiene.

Floor of the rooms

Nice rooms, comfy beds, very cheap. Be prepared to share the bathroom. Free parking on site is a huge plus! We expected something worse, based on the reviews, and the late availability, but overall it was quite good.
