They answered all our questions and helped us figure out the best ways to get around — I can’t say enough about this exceptional team! The location was a short walk from the city centre and it didn’t feel like the best area but it was easy to walk and get around in the city so it was no problem!

We had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and made sure that we were happy. The facilities were very clean and modern. The parking was great. They have inside and outside and it felt very safe.

Ideal location for getting around Geneva and only a 10 minute walk to the main station. The hotel is very modern and super clean. Kitchenette with appliances gives the option of eating in.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay special. It really set the tone for our honeymoon. One staff member in particular stood out — Iker. He went above and beyond for us! From helping us choose the perfect coffee to striking up some of the most fun and memorable conversations about watches (a shared passion!), Iker made us feel instantly at home. He was knowledgeable, warm, and incredibly personable. We ended up connecting over shared interests and even followed each other on Instagram — that’s how genuine the interaction was. His hospitality made a lasting impression and was one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you to Iker and the whole team for making our time here so memorable!

The location of the hotel is so convenient as it is close to Cornavin train station. Rooms are tidy, all stuff are available. Staff are very keen and helpful.

The location was excellent - easy walking distance from the railway station and the lake. The building was brand new and everything was well designed and stylish. The staff were extremely well trained, welcoming, and helpful. They could not have done more to make the stay comfortable and easy. It was business like but with no fuss. Just what I wanted.

Close to Downtown and train station. Numerous transportation near by. Hotel is new, has kitchen area with everything you need. Spacious and super clean rooms. Mattress and pillows +++. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Better than most Vrbo’s. Nice big elevator, same for shower. A very good experience at a fair price, hope they keep it that way. Highly recommended.

The kitchen lacked a microwave which would be more useful than the oven. There’s no drawers so limited closet space for non hanging clothes.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—so central that we didn’t need to use any public transport while exploring the city. The room was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchenette was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. As it was our honeymoon, they even surprised us with a handwritten card and a complimentary drink. Such a lovely touch!

Brand new building and facilities. All spotlessly clean. Big room, decent sofa bed. High end equipment (Joseph & Joseph, Villeroy & Bosch etc). Cool roof terrace. Staff super helpful- couldn't do enough.
