Very small room wouldn’t recommend for 2 people. Cleaning staff were rude wouldn’t let us get out of elevator got mad when we asked to get past. Also got us up before check in.

The location is good. Good value for Money. Great online support through WhatsApp. Aicha was really supportive and helped me efficiently for seom questions and to get my Basel card. It is valuable to have someone efficient connected when you stay in a self check in location

There weren't any other types of electricity sockets in the hotel. You must have just a connector which is compatible with Switzerland! We had to buy an adapter!

There was a slight cigarette smoke odor in the room upon arrival despite the fact the hotel rooms were non-smoking. When communicated this to the administration via WA, they did not respond.

The room is centrally located and easy to walk to/from. It's basic but met the expectations based on the photos provided. The communication with the administration was solely via WA, but they responded quick and gave the right check-in/out instructions. It was a lively and somewhat loud neighborhood - we didn't mind but something to be aware of. Basic accommodation but overall a good value for the money.

The service left much to be desired, as there was no one available to assist us on-site. We tried to connect with customer support through chat, which is advertised as 24/7 and immediate. However, I ended up waiting about 30 minutes to speak with someone. At least I was able to reconnect with a representative to discuss issues and clarify information on the website. Their support system could definitely use improvements to make it more user-friendly and easier to communicate with. Overall, they could streamline the check-in process, as it felt inefficient having to go through so many steps and waiting at the door. There is definitely room for improvement in that area.

The room was decent, but there was no AC, so you had to rely on the fan for ventilation durring summer. The building it's actually quite old, but the overall settings were acceptable. The pricing site was definitely the highlight. It was somewhat worth renting a hotel instead of trying to get a locker at the train station with my luggage, and that's why we chose to do it. The location is near Center and the Old Town of the ciry. It’s not the typical old gold village you might imagine, but it has its own charm and style. Basel isn’t that big, so getting around was manageable.

Loved the room with the balcony. I spent much time out there relaxing. The bed was comfortable and while the shower/toilet were a bit tight, it was nice having them in my room. The location was great with the tram 8 just around the corner that got me downtown in a few minutes. But it was also a nice walk too. Cafe Fruhling four blocks away has delightful bake goods, coffee and tea

I did not like a noise and the cleanness, I saw a hair in bathroom and a litter box in toilet was full of rabbish.

- big rubbish bags (full) right next to my room… not very welcoming - the water in the wash basin was getting stuck - no soundproof walls, on the opposite - I heard pretty much everything my neighbours were saying and doing (and they weren’t noisy!) - a bit loud outside at night - no cups (just the small coffee ones - they’re too small for the biggest coffee size!), no tea (only coffee), no cutlery available - no fridge :( - I only received the Basel card at the checkin time which means I had to pay the full price for the attractions I purchased before checking in on the same day…

- smooth checkin experience, clear instructions - bathtub in the bathroom - cosy common areas, books in multiple languages available - decent coffee (worth the 1chf ;) - location - walkable from the city centre and main attractions in Basel - fan in the room (made up for no AC!) - great value for money if you need privacy - the price is comparable to hostels and you get the whole space for yourself - clean
