The breakfast was a bit simple but tasty. It would have been nice to have had a bit more variety of food, maybe even some eggs. Another small note is that our pillows were very think, would have been nice to have larger, thicker pillows.

The staff were very friendly, the surroundings are lovely and peaceful. Our room was lovely with ample space. Everything looked good and clean. Would come again.

Very thin pillows. Beds low to the floor. The cost of the hotel was high, but it is in line with usual high costs in Switzerland. In the centre of the town so convenient for supermarket and restaurants.

Nice breakfast. Booked because it was very near the south portal of Gotthard Tunnel which meant avoiding queues for the tunnel. Very helpful staff.

There were hairs in the one bed. Hopefully from the cleaning staff while changing the sheets. The breakfast was underwhelming.

Shower a bit small.

Close to the station in this beautiful village. Room was spacious with little storage. Bathroom good, shower a bit tight but with good flow. Breakfast was self service, good, varied and plentiful.

Everything was as expected and advertised.

The proximity to available restaurants was within walking distance as well as the centre of the village (train station). The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful with the questions I had.

We booked a room with a double bed but had 2 single beds pushed together, it's not the end of the world, the beds were ok but pillows could be more comfortable. The included breakfast is rather poor, although in fairness when I asked for a plant milk alternative I was offered it to be bought as soon as the shop opens @ 8am. At this point I organised it myself together with some fruit but I really appreciated that they got out of their way and offered it.

The lady at the reception was very enthusiastic and kind. The hotel is cycling friendly, which is always a big bonus since our preferred way of travelling is on the bikes :)

My only gripe was the bedding, pillow and duvet had a faint odour of stale cigarette smoke, not good for sensitive non smoker.

Amazing location with views of mountains. Receptionist was really helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a nice hot shower.

Liked everything but missed a coffee machine in the morning.

Quit busy with the other guests there but the Manageress was on hand to replenish everything instantly. Food was tasty and more than we needed. Family friendly, nice atmosphere.

Road noise, an extra pillow would have been nice

Good location but quite noisy due to road, lots of construction going on in the town so this may have caused extra traffic noise. Great breakfast & friendly, helpful staff

Check in isn’t till 5pm. Reception was in darkness and doors locked. No cafes were open so I waited for two hours outside, it was raining but there was at least big umbrellas outside.

Nice sized room, comfortable, good WiFi. Staff super lovely and helped me with travel adapters. Nice basic continental breakfast.

Very basic breakfast with only the bare minimum. Plus, the hotel opens only at 5pm for check-in, which is kind of annoying if you arrive in the afternoon and have to wait in front of closed doors.
