Best scenic views , apartment is large enough for a family of 4-adults and kids. Best ever hospitality from Pietro and Monika we could have asked for. They both were very kind, helpful and great. Appreciate for all the support you provided us to pick up and drop off at Emmetten Post. We would love to come back soon. Thank you again.

Location location. Amazing lake views. Beds were comfy. Very close dog walk. Big balcony for breakfast and evening meals, with those views. Super location overlooking one of the lakes many piers for the local boat service. BUY a tele pass…very expensive made my eyes water but reduced the cost of our adventures by over 50%. Good communication with host.

We had the top flat. It consisted of two separate lockable room areas, one being the main bedroom. We found this a little bit awkward and would have liked to have known before booking. The flat was very clean, however it did feel tired. The kitchen was not well equipped for full self catering which we always do when booking a property with a kitchen, else what’s the point.

Clean, quite and spacious and at a great location if you are looking for a balance of isolation and being close to a village with at least one shop, a gas station and a few places to eat. Let's not forget the cable cars in walking distance that can lift you up in the mountains! So comfortable that a family of four could stay there for weeks. With a view that you believe it only if you see it!

Would be useful to have some window nets. It will help to keep the windows open during summer as it is within nature. But really just a minor thing that cannot spoil a perfect experience

Location, location, location!! The views were simply sensational with a deck to enjoy them with table, chairs and unbrellas. No need to rush off anywhere. Parking on site. Views from every room. Fans available for warm weather were really appreciated. Coffee pods and orange juice provided and some Swiss Chocolates. The apartment had everything we needed and was nice and spacious. There were views from every window.

The overflow plug for the kitchen sink had tape on it that was not very hygienic. Dishwasher didn’t seem able to complete its cycle. It would not drain for us. We had to remove the draw under the fridge as it was preventing the fridge from opening and closing smoothly. The property is up a long hill, there is public transport up some of the hill. It is well situated if you have a car.

The oven was not heating up enough, so we had to prepare pizza and french fries on the microwave with the grill function. It was ok for the pizza, but we had to throw away the french fries. It would be better to have single-dose sugar sachets instead of the sugar jar (less hygenic).

The place had everything we needed. The view was amazing!

I spent 4 nights with my wife and our 3 kids (12, 10 and 7). We were in the apartment at the first floor (only few steps to get there). The location is amazing with a very nice view on the lake. The flat is renovated, very clean and fully furnished. We found everything we needed including coffee, thee, water, orange juice and some chocolate. The owner (Pietro) is very kind and provided a lot of useful information via message or in person. We will consider to come to the same place again in the future.

One thing that was not clear when we booked is that the double room is on the same floor but separated from the rest of the apartment. For us it was not a big problem because our kids are used to sleep alone, so they used the 3 beds in the apartment and we slept in the double room, but families with younger kids might need to know about this. The apartment is completely renovated, but some other areas of the building look a bit old and might benefit from some renovation.

The stay has great views right outside the windows and the sit out area. The house has all the equipment for comfortable stay and to cook whole meals. The host Pietro is really warm and welcoming. We will be coming back again to this stay.
