Amazing. Literally on the slope and connected to the gondola. Food was lovely and the hotel had everything you needed. Great stay.

Breakfast buffé was good, dinner was very good, and the Bistro 1800 restaurant does a superb lunch on the sunny terrasse at the hotel. Enjoyed putting on our skis and hitting the slopes straight from the breakfast table

The location, the fact to be able to ski directly from the hotel, the service.

Apart from the restaurant Torbido, the food in the hotel especially the so-called "cinese fondue" was really not tasty and probably not appropriate to serve if you are not a specialist. The breakfest had cold cuts which seemed quite old and of poor quality. For clients that stay in the hotel, an à la carte menu should be a must with an proper chef. There was a constant smell of dishes all around, near the bar, in the lobby....a pity.

The hotel was nice. The single room was fine, nice bathroom and great view up the mountain towards Titlis. Breakfast was standard for a 3 star hotel. Dinner was so-so, soup was good, dessert was also good but the main left a lot to be desired (deep fried schnitzel dripping in oil doesn't make the cut for me).

See my comment on dinner above. My biggest gripe is that the hotel double charged me, insisting I pay on check-out even when I tried to tell them that payment had already been taken by booking-dot-com, so be careful and take proof of payment with you if you have pre-paid (hopefully one of them will refund me the double payment, but it is still a hassel).

Very good breakfast and dinner included. Location. Very nice reception

The room is super small for the price. It was very hot in end of August and lots of fly so we open the window. Not so convenient when our room is by the ground floor. Will be better if we stay on higher floor

The room was quiet and had a good feel to it. The food was fantastic. Breakfast could offer more vegan options like a spread, but there was Oatmeal milk which is great. We loved this stay as a start for our kike the next day.

The decoration and art where a bit repetitive. The amount of photos of cows, was for us as locals a bit over the top.

It was amazing) a clean room with a panorama view of snow-capped mountains and Brownswiss🐂 cows, very comfortable mattress, it is very pleasant to fall asleep to the sound of cow bells. for dinner was a few dishes and sauerkraut 🥣soup, the same as my grandmother used to cook, the taste of childhood). the perfect place for an informational detox and 🧘recovery.
