Great location, staff and breakfast

They have two types of staff (reception), the very well trained well acting with a fantastic attitude that goes beyond a hotel of the sort and the extremely rude ones who when asking for a connector or inquiring anything, become rather rude and annoyed.

Ideally located near Gstaad main station, very friendly staff - I was traveling with my bicycle and the staff went out of their way to make sure the bicycle was safely stored for the night. Also the spa was great, heated pool, sauna and steam room were top notch !

Ski room is super dated and small, the culinary "excellence" of the Chinese restaurant was tuned down to an European Chinese average meal

Excellent location, right next to train station and city center. It also has a parking in case you go by car. The staff is amazing: welcoming and ready to help for every question. I really liked the Hotel restaurant and their staff. It is better to book if you want to have dinner during the weekend. We did not book for Saturday and they were kind enough to accomodate us, but I realized that it is much better to plan ahead for that. We stayed in a suite, it was very confortable. They offer complementary coffee and water. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

The rooms are hot with no circulation, even if you open the door and the window and there is no mini fridge or luggage rack. The breakfast was meager.

The wellness, spa and pool were wonderful, especially especially after a very hot day.

The room was clean and bed was ok, but the pillows were not comfortable and there was no coffee nor tea nor fridge.

The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel location was convenient as it was next to the station. The room was quiet.

The staff at the reception was unenthusastic, we always felt like we were bothering them (and we didn't contact them other than the basics). There should be a hotel bar. The breakfast was disappointing, there should be fresh fruit. The room was hot even after having the window open three nights.

The location is outstanding. The staff in the restaurants are very friendly and attentive. The food in Pizza Basta was also very good. Appreciated the parking.

Poor value for money The spa is small and the light is too bright. There is no tea, no water, no snacks…no vibe at all. In the room there is no shampoo nor conditioner (for a 4* hotel this is quite unacceptable)

Chinese restaurant a total rip-off. No ventilation in the bathroom. Uncomfortable pillows.

The plugs sparked when I plugged in. The room had a deodorizer that perhaps was not natural? I was allergic and had to remove to the outdoors.

Friendly staff. The room is big, with a nice view, and everything you need in it. Confortable, warm and cozy, perfect to relax after a day out in the mountains. Very close to everything in the village.

Perfect location next to the train station and the main pedestrian street. The staff is really helpful. Great room with a nice view, everything was really comfortable and pleasant. Amazing breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.
