The beds were a little bit too soft, which hurt our backs.

Location near the train station, self check-in, it had everything necessary. The bath was sufficient, too. The breakfast was great!

Self-check in machine was difficult to use and in an inconvenient location. One of the rooms had a broken shower head which wasn't fixed. The other room's shower head was half clogged up as well. The self-check in attracts a certain clientele who disturb the night peace. Small rooms. Unfriendly cleaning crew - when I found them in the breakfast room, instead of asking what I wanted (more pillows) they without asking pointed out that the breakfast room was closed ... as this is the only staff on site, even worse.

Convenient location. Clean rooms. The coffee from the breakfast room coffee machine was excellent.

It's a bit run down, and pricey for it being run down. Wifi didn't always work, and you have to call if there any complaints since there are no "staff" members or a receptionist. The room cleaners and breakfast prep staff are really nice.

The location is great and the breakfast was okay. Plenty to eat with open selection for breakfast.

Umm, no staffing at all. Had to feel your way around the organisation, find the bfast room, lifts. Building on several floors to just takes a little effort to figure it out.

Functional, no messing, no frills hotel. Good location opposite train station, taxis, train to Zurich etc.. Room clean & tidy, good towels. A completely virtual experience, self checkin, self serve bfast etc. Very responsive to chat in Booking.com App.

Way too expensive that's not worth it. The lift is so tiny. The room was stinky and very untidy. The good thing was the location by the railway satiation .

The worst property that we ever stayed at. The room was very small and dirty. Especially the floor was very dusty. The linen was ripped and didn't changed for three days. We found that a long blond hair that did not belong to us. No coffee and tea making facilities, no water jug. Nil and nothing. They provided us plastic blue cup.

1. The double room was not a room, rather two conjoined tiny rooms with 4 beds, 2 made and 2 not made. 2. The floors of booth rooms were very dusty. Not carpeted as shown in the pictures, rather dirty wooden floors. 3. The rooms were smelling of smoke. 4. The rooms had used tissue boxes. 5. The bathrooms soap dispensers had rust around them. 6. The fans were very small, and barely emitted any air. 7. The bed mattress was dusty. 8. The counter tops were dusty. 9. For the 3 occupancy room, there were towels for only 2 people. 10. The lamp near the TV, and one of the floor lamps had not light bulbs. 11. The hotel rooms did not look anything like the pictures on the booking.com site. 12. The gentleman at the hotel did not accept our criticism, and accused us of threatening him because we said we would write a bad review of his hotel, if we were not refunded, which would effect his hotel reputation with futures potential guests from my country, Saudi Arabia.

Nothing to like at this hotel, except the location .. The gentleman who met us upon check in was welcoming, but became very unwelcoming when we addressed our concerns. He would not listen to us at all .. We only stayed 30 minutes at the Hotel and had to leave.

It was not mentioned, but there was no air conditioning in the room, so you had to keep the windows open, which was facing the main train station, with reasonable noise.

Breakfast was really good, Self service made it easy to manage. Parking is right in front of the hotel, only four spaces, but up front message from the hotel with several other opportunities nearby.
