Breakfast sitting was not the most pleasant, particularly on first morning. Second day, we were sitted in the bistrot area and this was better.

Breakfast with limited option and same everyday. dining room has no space for everybody so they assign tables by name and even when you come early for a table with good view. with nobody in. you still need to sit at that table. it is far away from the center.

Breakfast spread can be slightly better. Considering you host so many non European tourists, the breakfast can be slightly better, no complaints though.

Location. Small, Botique hotel located slightly away from the main town. Excellent view of the lake, especially from the higher floors.

There was no place to heat up food or since the hotel rooms didn’t have a kettle, could have had a Common room for it to make tea with a microwave maybe ???

The distance from the train station is a bit far and buses from the closest stop are going infrequently. The lunch pack offer is a nice idea, but they mixed up a bit the order (meat sandwich instead of cheese).

The view from the balcony on lake Brienz was amazing. The dinner offers were great as well, even though we only used it one evening. Fixed tables for dinner / breakfast are a nice touch.

It is a bit east of the main part of town, about 10-15 minutes’ walk. We like to walk, but I thought I should mention this.

A wonderful hotel, with beautiful views, a charming and very helpful staff, excellent breakfasts, and a great restaurant for dinner (when you stay here, you get a big discount on an amazing multi-course gourmet dinner).

The Hotel Brienz is in a lovely location. The rooms are well appointed, with comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, and mountain or lake views. A good breakfast was included.

However, there were a few downsides to our stay. The room facilities were quite outdated, and there was no cooler or fridge in the room, which would have been useful. Additionally, the bed was not very comfortable, which impacted our sleep quality.

Our stay at Hotel Brienz had several highlights. The staff was very nice and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel offers free parking, which is a convenient perk for guests traveling by car. The breakfast was satisfactory, providing a decent start to the day. The hotel's location is fantastic, with stunning views and close proximity to the lake, which added a special touch to our stay.

It could be nice to have extra towels for a swim at the lake.

The hotel is on the road to Brienze, at the outskirts of the village. Close to the lake, although the access to the lake is not very easy. Luckily there was a great place for Pizza and beer close by. The hotel has a restaurant but we did not try it. Breakfast was good.

There is nothing to dislike.

This is an exceptionally well run hotel. Super clean, well organized, friendly and well situated. We enjoyed a lovely meal on our first evening - there is a new menu each evening made with fresh produce. The hotel is a five minute walk to the lake and there is a beach area, pool and play area which you can pay a small fee to enter. It is really perfect for families. The surrounding views of the hotel are fantastic.
