Nothing really. Everything is as excellent for the price we paid

Until I travelled to the location I did not realize how lucky I was to get booking at this location. It’s just like a paradise, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Washroom, beds and kitchen everything was clean, we loved spending time out time in the kitchen with other visitors, kitchen had enough stoves for cooking , fridge was large enough and they have everything you need for cooking, the grocery store is very convenient and also price is similar to coop. It’s at a walkable distance to train station. We loved everything about this place. We would be happy to come back here

The communal kitchen was quite chaotic at times and could be improved by small adjustments such as more than one 2 slot toaster. The sofa bed could do with an upgrade. I’d still recommend it though for sure.

The location is incredible and the staff were all lovely, the on site restaurant is great and all of the facilities were always clean. We had some horrendous weather but the scenery was still amazing and the restaurant was cosy, once the sun came out the setting was even more beautiful.

It is a very busy place, there is a lot of people staying there, lot of kids and families, so if you are looking for a more of a serene place this is not it.

The staff is really helpful and friendly, this is a good place if you are looking for a cheap place to stay in Lauterbrunnen and you mainly care about having a place to sleep, it has everything you need, but very basic, which is what we needed.

We were in a 4 bed hostel. It was quite stuffy and hot with no fan. Quiet hours weren't well enforced. The app-based laundry management system is a bit of mess.

Affordable stay in Switzerland is hard to come by and this met that need while providing a fun, hostel/camping environment with people from around the world.

Eating facilities are average. We has a snack van as yje restaurant was closed 2 of the days we were there. We did have a takeaway pizza from the restaurant one day. It was very expensive an average at best Beds were not comfortable

The room attendance start the day very early, and they are extremely loud gathering their supplies as are the maintenance crew dumping their garbage and the glass bottles in the recycling bins. Next time I will request a room that doesn’t overlook those recycling bins.

This is the third year in a row. We have stayed with you folks and it’s all because of the location. You can’t beat it!

The campsite was full and the kitchen was often congested. The kitchen was very clean but tea towels could be refreshed more often. More sharp knives would be useful for chopping vegetables.

The location! The views are amazing. Room was comfortable. Showers were good and there were enough showers and toilets. The staff were brilliant and gave great advice and recommended great walks.

The communal kitchen was so busy we found it impossible to cook an evening meal. They should ideally have more kitchen hob and/or campfire cooking facilities, but I guess from a business point of view it means restaurant is always fully booked.

Lovely cabin beside a stream with decking area which exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfy. The campsite itself is a peaceful retreat from the very overcrowded Lauterbrunnen village. Plenty of memorable walks nearby. Tasty food at the restaurant.

Kitchen facilities were full of flies, tea towels were always soaking wet so couldn't dry dishes, no spray and wipe cleaner available for the tables. Flie sticky papers were up to catch flies but they were all full and looked disgusting. Flie screens on the windows would help and having a lid on the bin. Not sure what you could do about the T towels being wet.

Great location, accomodation great, walking distance to town and train station. Great camping site, lounge facility good, free local Concert Swiss singers, dancers, drummers, excellent 👌, well stocked shop, fresh bread every morning, lovely atmosphere.

Amazing location and view of the Staubbach Waterfall. Our cabin was very comfortable, we loved the peaceful sourroundings while still being close to the town.

The laundry app was very frustrating. People would take your time and you would have to pay for it or you’d be filling up the washer during your time and your time expires and then somebody else comes to use the machine, but you haven’t started yet.

Love the proximity to town. The facilities were maintained very well.

The showers and kitchen got a tiny bit messy sometimes, mostly because of other guests.

We appreciated the friendly personnel, gorgeous surroundings and comfortable cabin, as well as the wide variety of facilities (including even a small grocery shop, cosy living room with fireplace and a café, which was however closed during our stay).

Our bunkbed room smelled very musty. There was only one women's toilet on our floor which meant some wait time in the morning

Amazing location by the river and Staubbach falls, good mix of accommodation options from tent and caravan pitches to little huts and bunk bed rooms in the main lodge. Great to have a shop on site, and a breakfast room. The restaurant, also on site, was fantastic and reasonably priced so we ate there twice in our three night stay!

I couldn’t use my hairdryer—it has the round EU plug and all the plugs were narrow.

This is a great location. The beds in the hostel are comfortable and the space ample. It’s not for lounging, it’s for folks who want to go and explore. Good restaurant on site, but way overpriced.
