Cons - Lack of fan for ventilation in the cabin room - Early closure of communal kitchen - Rude interaction with a staff member as we were unaware of the campsite quiet hours and were washing dishes, which we were not informed about at check in.

Thank you to the lazy rancho for hosting us during our time in switzerland. We had a great time there and found the campsite to be conveniently located, clean and felt secure. Pros - Felt safe as the door locked and felt solid. - Clean bedding situation - Access to lots of ammenities and facilities close by - Included bus passes in the local interlaken area. - Accomodating of late check in

Tea/coffee kettle was provided but no tea whitener/milk or sugar was provided. Showers were closed for maintenance. Bus stops are 12-15 mins walking distance

It was excellent experience. Beautiful view. Initially we were sceptical about shared bathroom but it was not crowded, so was okay.

Only thing I would say is the showers should be kept on for rather few mins then having to press them the entire time.

Pillows were extremely uncomfortable, absolutely no support for the neck. There are extra charges that were not clear before booking - electricity if going above a certain number of kWh or charge for using a stove

The camping is situated in a lovely place, a bit outside of Interlaken and surrounded by the mountains. Interlaken West is very easily accessible by bus. Bathroom and showers are spotless, water pressure and temperature very good. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

The cabin was so cold at night and they just give us two thin sleeping bags. Some courtesy blankets or heating would be nice to make the experience better. The wifi didn’t work well from the cabin.

Bizarre that the gates are locked at night from 10pm to 7am so if you had an emergency how would you get your car out.

We did not like few things which are very inconvenient hence a few suggestions to the management of the property. # It is highly inconvenient to use common toilet, bath etc; atleast small toilet needs to be attached with each Igloo. Also, proper place for hanging your clothes, a small mirror on the wall & may be a small wash basin in the corner of the space immediately outside the door. # Breakfast, dinner etc must be available in the property itself & not the guests are to left to manage their own as foreign guests donot come with cars or caravans. # When there is rain & bad weather , it is difficult to use toilet, batth etc located at a distance.

We liked very much the idea of such a stay in igloo outskirt of the city with all modern facility.

Smaller than expected, a little far from the train station, about 28 minutes walk, it's even about 10 minutes walk from the location to the nearest bus stop. 2 buses within one hour only. For travellers came all the way here, it might be a little inconvenient unless you drive here. .

A very quiet location at the edge of the town. The facilities were clean. The staff was very friendly.

The wifi did not work during our stay and kitchen was closed over night after 10pm and opened only at 7 am which was an issue as we needed the access to kitchen early in the morning .

It was very clean and had all the facilities. I loved the location and the staff were super friendly. The cottage was cute little wooden Igloo with a small refrigerator and a cooling fan.

Bathroom was little far and very dark outside need to have some light on walkway with sensors , should provide Veg kitchen /Utensils option too for vegan family that would be appropriated

Kitchen needs coin for electricity. We do not have coin and unable to use.

The mountain view

Reaching the bus stop is little distance as we are traveling with our kids they don't want to walk

We liked the ranch so much . When you get off the iglu you can see the snowy mountains and is quieter place to stay.

1) When the temperature was too cold, the room was not comfortable and the provided heater couldn't warm properly 2) Internet speed was very slow and was getting disconnected several times 3) The street light was not properly from my room to the washroom 4) Bed sheet was not white in color 5) No shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer in washroom 6) when you use WC the lights are automatically switch off after two minutes 7) No mirror in the room 8) No iron 9) No tea and milk, only coffee is available with sugar 10) No slipper

They haven’t provided what they have mentioned in room discription. They mentioned “family room with private bathroom “ where as it was just private toilet. Many other things like Poor wifi Refrigerator was stinking No coffee maker inside room Charges for extra heater use. Poor staff.
