Too dark in common areas and the door to the capsule was far too loud when people went in and out. It would be super helpful if it had a soft/quiet close. It woke me up each time people went in and out.

Location and affordability

Lockers were a bit of a pain. It would be great for the new places to have a bigger luggage spot next to your capsule. Also a fridge available would be great but we were well catered for but hated having to harass the staff. Also, some mugs or cups for a cup of tea or coffee as many b people travel with their own. I was next to the door, and it was really noisy with people coming in and out. The other two had silence and were very happy.

Loved the whole concept. Bathrooms are great and all facilities are good. Very clean. We will definitely recommend it.

Room door is too heavy, when people enter and exit the door, the door slams very loud, it happens till late at night and early morning. I also do not like male and female toilets at the same floor and so close to each other.

So many to like, can’t list them all. The best hostel for me ever, hands down.

I think the air con in the capsules can definitely be improved.

Honestly one of the best sleeps I had in hostels. It's like your private little room. The bathrooms were in excellent conditions.

Signage on door to property was small and I walked past it trying to find the entrance.

Everything! Great location 10m walk from the train station. Backpacker friendly environment with private and secure sleeping, best both worlds. All staff were great, stayed an extra night based on 1st night experience!

My only criticisms are that my capsule got quite warm and also it was pretty tight; I've stayed in a lot of capsules and this was on the tighter side however I am 6+ tall. Maybe take a double if you're a little bigger 😝

Very modern and classy. Awesome staff and great facilities. Music in the bathrooms (very important with shared toilets for me 😂). Also there's a gym below the hotel and you can get a pass for 10francs from the hotel.

Capsules were a little warm but overall very clean and private.

Cleanliness overall and service received from the staff. Luca especially was outstanding. Really liked having the storage lockers available.

It's not really a capsule hotel, it's basically dorm beds separated by lightweight materials.

Staff accommodating and friendly. They helped me out a lot.

Shared bathroom a little far away from the rooms and the work being done on the capsule next to mine one afternoon which was very very loud.

A short walk into the centre of Lucerne, but right around the corner to the famous dying lion monument. There is a large Coop 1min walk away to get any food/necessities. The bed was comfortable and facilities were clean. Password is required to enter the room as well as to access your pod so felt very safe. Free lockers (subject to first come first serve) so it was easy to store our larger suitcases.

The price at this location is too high. But, that is Switzerland. I would spend far more leisure time in Switzerland were it not for prices that feel like an unwarranted punch in the face. A single beer - 7.50 CHF. Same beer in DE would be €2.50. Minor gripe, the luggage lockers are in a narrow hall which means human traffic jams while people lay out and dig through luggage on the floor.

Capsule Hotel - Lucerne Old Town is a great concept for minimalist lodging. The facilities are clean and everything works as it should. The capsules are comfortable with a few hooks for clothes and power for charging smaller devices. I appreciate the community lockers for stowing luggage and things you’d rather not have in your capsule with you.

The capsule hotel is just what it is: convenient for a night in a town. If you only need a bed and plan to discover a new city, it's really ok.

The lockers, hopefully they will do something about it.Its really annoying including the front door sometimes though I enter the code already it didn't open and when you enter the code several times it alarms.Breakfast,hopefully they put or change some variety for breakfast.

The capsule is nice.The staffs was nice too especially Sophia she smiles a lot so polite when you ask her something like lockers or front door. The toilet is always clean with available towels also for the feet to use after going out of shower.

The app is quite redundant since it only for showing the code and unable to help with opening the door.

The bathroom is very clean and basically offer everything you need. The location is the easy to find and not far from main train station.

You can hear every little sound (even with ear plugs and headphones) and many people were loud and slamming doors, not the hotels fault there are many signs to be quiet but some people ignored them and would have loud conversations all night in the rooms and then slam doors all night 🥲

The capsules are super spacious and comfortable, probably one of the best beds I’ve slept in while travelling in Europe. Facilities were good also and the lockers were great!
