Great location. Organisation and communication was clear, very clean and also quiet. Having your phone as key is a brillant idea. Good stay for solo travelers or travelers on a budget. Not recommended if you turn/move a lot during your sleep

The capsule when fully close will too warm. Maybe louvre can added to the so the air con can help cool down the capsule. The 2 vent in the capsule isn't powerful enough to cool it.

A water refill tank should be in the bedroom, also a bench would be nice as it’s hard to put on socks and shoes in top capsule. The fridge should be emptied there is a banana nearly fully disintegrated in the fridge.

Bed was comfortable and multiple charging points made for great ease of access not requiring a Swiss adapter.

Online check-in worked like a charm, very comfy capsules and very long too! I could leave my small backpack at my feet and not feel it. Facilities are great too! Double lighting and a plug are in the capsule. It also isolates the sound quite well, I didn't hear a thing at night.

Kitchen was being done up so slightly less room to socialise but probably better normally. Not that obvious who's staff but people are about and WhatsApp was well speedy

First pod/capsule hostel, dead comfy and super secure in your pod. Enjoyed it, earbuds keep it quiet and the air-conditioning proper sorts you

Shared toilet facilities didn’t seem to be cleaned regularly but what I experienced was fine. I thought this would be popular with travellers with big bags but the lockers are tiny and a lot of people ended up leaving suitcases/bags outwith the lockers or squeezed them into the pods.

Cheap and cheerful. Was lovely to have my own space when travelling as a group. Very comfy.

Lockers were medium in size and suitable for cabin luggage, however they required a lock wire - my ordinary lock on it's own would not fit on. Soundproofing could be improved as some fellow guests arrived late and made some noise. 3 bathroom/showers shared between 16 capsules (when all occupied) - wasn't an issue for me.

Enjoyable and unique stay. Self-check-in was relatively easy, with provision of codes for doors as well as Bluetooth unlocking of doors. More room than expected inside the capsule, feeling comfortable and spacious. Good sidebar within capsule, including light switches, shelf and socket. Great privacy and ventilation within the capsule. Good bathroom/shower facilities. Kitchen area available (currently under renovation) as well as a common room/work space area.

The design of the shower (wc, shower, bathroom sink) The staff told me, I have to pay, if I want to use my own laptop in the building: (The dining room and community area were under maintenance, and there was a announcement notice, that we can eat in the “office” instead. You can eat there, but you cannot pull out your laptop.)

Check in was stressful with no staff on site. We arrived around 11pm knowing it is self-check in, however one of our capsules showed to be “not ready”, which I suppose was a technical error in the app because the capsule was indeed cleaned and ready. I waited for about half an hour worrying that I’ll be sleeping on the street. I tried to message the property with no luck before requesting my friend to help me call Booking customer service (I only have eSIM for data), then it was fixed; unsure whether it was a coincidence or customer service actually succeeded in reaching the property.

Great location, very comfortable and spacious capsules with adequate isolation. I had the best sleep of my trip there.

The hotel is very kind to prepare a pair of earplug for the traverllers. However, you don't need to use it as it is very quiet inside the dormitory. And they also got some bakery and fruits for free. It is very helpful as everything in swizerland is very expensive.

It’s a great place to stay! The capsules are very comfortable and clean. It’s also very close to the city centre.

The bathroom floor was wet all the time because of the showers. Lack of employees onsite meant someone was banging and shaking the doors for 30 minutes unable to get in and it sounded like they were unable to reach anyone from the company for assistance. It was frightening to hear at the time because we didn't know what was going on and the doors were glass so we were afraid to check in case it was someone trying to break in.
