No kettle in the unit, only a coffee machine. Cleaning fee of CHF80 for 3 nights stay were charged with booking but unit was not serviced daily, when I enquired at reception they told me the fee was to clean the unit after check out

Very small studio, reality is a lot smaller than in pictures. No ski storage at chalet and wasn’t sure if we could use hotel, so ended up quite cramped.

Great location, had all the basics you need. Amazing access to shops, restaurants and close to ski lifts. Amazing view of the mountains.

Not against the hotel but I suggest not to check in during late hours as the area is not well lit and the chalet doesnt have a signage.

The view from the room was stunning. The room was spacious and clean. It has all the cookery which made it easier to prepare meals. It is also accessible as it’s a stone's throw from the train station and a nearby grocery store. Everything was perfect ♥️

This accommodation offers an unbelievable view of the North Wall of the Eiger right from your doorstep. I stayed on the first floor, and the breathtaking view of Grindelwald from the terrace is something I'll never forget. Super recommended price and very kind reception either.

The pillows were really flat. No hand soap in the bathroom.

The studio was small but big enough for a couple with all the essentials one would need. The kitchen was well equiped to be able to cook meals. We cooked on a daily basis to save on eating out. The view from the terrace was amazing. Definitely worth the money. The studio is only 2 min away from the station.

The price! But that's Switzerland for you and actually given that it was out of season the price was Ok. I suspect in summer in might be more expensive. But I can't think of anything else that could be improved.

The view from the property. The location. It was hot! Too hot but that's better than being cold, we had to sleep with door open. It had a hob and a microwave so we cooked our own meals which was a great bonus given that Switzerland is so expensive. They gave you toiletries in the bathroom.

Strategic location, walking distance from Grindelwald train station. The size of room is rather small but good enough for 2 pax.

There was only one very thin pillow each. Extremely uncomfortable and impossible to sleep on. On night 3 out of 5 we asked reception if they have another pillow as we were not sleeping but they said they don't have any other pillows. We didn't sleep during our 5 night stay due to this so another pillow each would have been very helpful and we thought that would be easy to provide. Also the tap in the showers gets very hot and because the shower is so small, it's impossible not to hit it when showering.

The view was magnificent and exceeded our expectations. Check in staff were friendly.

the bed was uncomfortable and no additional blankets or pillows in the room which made it difficult to sleep. Room was outdated. coffee machine provided but no coffee pods. the kettle had a faulty cord with exposed wires which meant we couldn’t use it. also the kitchenette had a toaster that didn’t work either.

The location was great once we found the property, the views were incredible.
