We knew before we booked that there was no washing machine. Alex very helpfully directed us to a self service laundromat in Wengen and we could easily sort out our washing.

We loved staying at Chalet Aargovia. Wengen is beautiful. The home has an amazing view. It is perfect for families. The host Alex was very easy to communicate with. He was quickly able to answer the few questions we had. We found the walk to and from the station enjoyable. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was lots of space for our family.

The alarm going off in the lower level below the unit, but the owner was kind enough to address the issue once I informed him about it.

Location was nice. Not too far from town center, yet a nice location to relax and not be disturbed from the town crowd.

The uninterrupted views of mountains and waterfalls are amazing from this property. Rustic chalet feel was really nice, and host Alex was friendly and helpful with advice on things to do. Great place for a family. Our kids loved playing the board games provided at night. Wengen as a town was very well equipped for a stay with kids.

Alex was a great host, he is very responsive and very clear in explaining what we can use in the property not to forget very friendly and approachable. The house is very beautiful, we could get a clear and wonderful view of the mountains across.

The house is too good for two of us. It's nice and clean and located in the best area， the view from the balcony is so great! The owner Alex and his family are so nice and we are so happy to have them as friends. We are very looking forward to stay in Chalet Aaegovia again.

One of the more the dropping views that I have ever seen in my entire life. We had to force ourselves off the deck and into bed because all we wanted to do was gaze at the view. the owners were great, and gave us good advice on hiking activities.

This accommodation was clean We found a rat at the living room & we informed the owner Our rented car could not reach this chalet, only via train from Interlaken station so it was useless to have the car during our stay
