Not clear with the apartment location

Good location for travel by train

Beds were a bit hard and pillows very large for sleeping. A choice of pillow sizes would have been nice. The hot water kettle is plastic inside so we didn’t use it.

Good location and comfortable apartment, beautiful view. We had almost everything we needed.

no trash bags, toilet paper, or dishwasher tablets refill. you need to buy them yourselves in the supermarket. if you only stay for a couple of days, you will end up buying way more than you need.

Nothing to do with our apt, but other people in the building were allowed to smoke in their apt (?) and we were able to smell the smoke in our apt (fortunately not in the bedrooms though, only close to the apt entrance)

The location was perfect with gornergrat station, busstop, supermarket etc around the corner. The apt is basic with a small kitchen and 2 comfortable bedrooms. Also there is a laundry room in the building with 2 washers and 1 dryer. When the train passes underneath the apt it’s quite loud but it didnt bother us (and most of the time we weren’t home anyway)

Spacious apartment, nice bedrooms and living rooms. Fully equiped kitchenClose to the station and the ski lifts as well as the bus to the other part of the system.

I can not think of a single negative point about the apartment.

The location was very convenient for the main station and Gornergrat bahn as well as the shops and restaurants. A very spacious and comfortable apartment with lots of room to socialise and relax. The jacuzzi bath was particularly popular after skiing

Great location short walk from the main train station, even closer to the Gornergrat mountain railway station. Sunnega funicular a few minutes walk away. Very close to Banhofstrasse main street with shops and bars. Easy check in and out. Well equipped kitchen Super hotel quality beds and bedding with amazing pillows

The shower is connected and visible to the bedroom, whilst this wasn’t an issue for us personally it would be great if this could be advertised when booking the room.

Very close to the lift and train station which made it convenient to get to the location with bags. The washing machine was very handy!

The building has no stairs, so someone has to carry the laggage all the way up. This should be made clear while booking. When you have the key, you have to figure out which floor is your room and that your name is written by the door, as there is no reception. Again, this should be made clear while booking

Located in the middle of everything. Literally minutes from the train station and grocery store. Large 2 bedrooms , family area and seperate kichen-dining area. Well stocked modern kitchen appliances and a free to use laundry on site. Free wifi and TV .

No microwave. Very close to the Gornergrat Bahn, the full building was shaking when the train passes, but fortunately trains don’t run at night, so it was not so disturbing. Checkout at 9 am is very tight, moving it to at least 10 would make the last day less stressful.

It is good to have a few capsules for the washing machine. and coffee too. Only one WC

Exceptionally clean. Perfect Location. 3 min walk from the train, on flat surface. Nice balcony in the sleeping rooms. Big Rooms

Wish there were lifts - was on the highest 5th floor, so we got that extra 'workout' of climbing almost 80 steps. A microwave would have been good, seeing there's lots of microwavable food from the supermarket.

Close proximity to train stations - the one coming from Tasch, and the Gornergrat. Nespresso machine was there, but had to buy my own capsules from the supermarket. Nice views from all windows, balcony faces Matterhorn. Radiator heaters very strong. Skylight window in kitchen and toilet, which also had a slanted ceiling, so there is less headroom when standing in bath tub.

Spacious! We got upgraded from one single and one double bed to two double beds. Apartment is very very near main station and supermarkets which was great for us as we cook a lot. TV is big and works great. Nice and comfortable overall.

Bedding and duvets were not comfortable. No fry pan or microwave. No kitchen tissues. No toiletries. There was no house keeping during our one week stay.

Location was excellent. Property was clean.

We are surprised that our room is on fifth floor, i.e. we needed to climb 7 floors with heavy luggage and without elevator. It's really difficult for us. Besides, the room is quite small for two people. The table is also small and only one chair. One needed to stand and eat.

We had an excellent stay. The place was very comfortable for a family of four with two teens. We are all quite avid skiers and Zermatt is fantastic. The location was excellent, walking distance from the train station, the grocery store, ski lift and with everything you need inside to make your stay comfortable and memorable!

Shower needs changing. Wrong angle and so floods bathroom floor. Everything else was great.

Great location. Lots of space. Good kitchen with everything you could need. Easy check in process. Comfy beds with great pillows.

Not much, would have been great to have a washing machine, but it wasn’t really an inconvenience, nice to have not must have.

Convenient location, good facilities, had everything we needed, quiet too, so a great nights sleep for all of the family, if I go back to Zermatt, I would love to stay here again.

Too hot even with radiators off, so had to have windows open, but the location was noisy. The apartment was smaller than expected.

Great place with awesome location! Couple of mins walk from Sunnega or Gronergrat station, Chalet Felderhof gave easy access to slopes. Clean, tidy, good ski storage, and with all utilities needed. Recommend!
