Cleaning can be done even better. We had no issue overall until we had an issue with clothes dryer, we realised the filter was not cleaned and condensation water container was not emptied regularly.

It is spacious for 2 families and convenient to access train (10mins decent walk) and bus (2-3mins walk to bus station). We enjoy the tranquility of Jungfrau Penthouse a lot. Kitchen is fully equipped. And Sofia and the team is very responsive to any questions we had. Appreciated.

We had everyday frustration with all the appliances. There were no instructions, when we asked for them we were told to go on line! All appliances are top of the line but difficult to operate. Having 4 children we needed to wash and cook every day. We only had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person for a 6 day stay! When asked for more we were told that we had to pay!!! THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR A LUXURY APARTMENT! We also had to pay for a grill!

The penthouse was very spacious, with comfortable beds,sofas and dining table.

This spacious Apartment is well equipped, modern superb nice Swiss kitchen and complete utensils, dishwasher and cook wares.. Washer, Dryer were perfect. Staff Sofia was responsive to our queries. Parking on site.

The dryer would stop every 2-3 minutes and required restarting, though switching to another mode helped. Also, the bathroom didn’t provide body wash - only used shampoo bottles, which seemed to be left by the previous guest.

We had a great stay! The space was incredibly spacious, making it perfect for families. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped—definitely a highlight! The location was quite convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the train station and a local supermarket. It’s a great choice for those who enjoy a quieter environment, and compared to Interlaken or Grindelwald, it offers great value for money.

The flat is just terrific. It might be the nicest place I've stayed ever. Plenty of space for a large group, and honestly much more space than we needed as a family of five. It's pricey - we ended up booking it due to limited availability elsewhere - but overall it was absolutely worth it. Clean, comfortable space. Terrific views. Nice furniture and amenities. Wilderswil is a great place to stay - outside of touristy Interlaken, surrounded by mountains, and away from the crowds at some of the other destinations in the area. We thought it was the perfect middle ground. There's a bus running every 15 minutes that connects to Interlaken West, and a 10 minute walk to the train station for easy access to Interlaken Ost, Lauterbrunnen, and Grindelwald.

We didn't have anything to complain about!

This was a great accomodation for our needs (4 adults, 4 teenagers) and the whole apartment and facilities were fantastic for our 4d3n visit. We reached in the late afternoon and it was easy to find on google maps with instructions to check in clear and easy to follow! The apartment was as advertised and a really nice and roomy size for our whole group. We really enjoyed the whole experience. Entirely satisfied during the entire duration of our stay. We had parking, wifi, laundry, more that enough cutlery/crockery, and nice, large rooms for everyone. There's also a nice little bakery a few mins walk and its just 10mins drive from the main Interlaken West train station.

Everything was organized and clean. The department contains everything, what man needs from the simplest things to the most necessary ones. My kids told me they want to live here because the department is very large und tidy. The Host was very friendly and she had give me the required information in advanced step by step in very convenient und professional way. The location was also perfect for the sightseeing in the area, there’s also Supermarkts nearby. The locals were very friendly und welcoming

It was a bit tricky to find the lodge at first and it was hot and only two fans were provided. There were three bedroom and lounge so atleast 4 fans should have been provided.

Space was good for large family to stay and all necessities were covered.

There were no keys provided for the bathrooms/bedrooms. This made it impossible to lock the bathrooms when they were being used and cause some embarrassing situations!

Amazing location. Spacious chalet with a huge living + dining + kitchen. There were a lot of utensils and appliances provided in the kitchen. This made it a superb experience to cook+eat in the chalet.
