Overpriced for low season. Chf 100 for a room that literally faces the road (awful view). Had to upgrade to 150 for a mountain view. Bar and restaurant were closed. Breakfast in another hotel (but close). Unclear during booking if parking is free or at what price. All nearby commerce is closed. To promote the hotel they could just give all people the mountain view for 100 during low season

Breakfast was the same every day and no veggies. Perhaps it's not common to have a tomato or cucumber for the breakfast in Switzerland, but we would have appreciated it.

Nice room with the stunning view (one of the best we've ever had) and a nice spacious balcony. The hotel also has lockers next to the ski lift where you can leave your ski and a separate room for the boots. Also super close to the lift itself, so very convenient for skiing holiday.

Pillows were too high, not really comfortable for me. As I stayed only one night I didn’t ask for exchange, however I am quite confident that the nice personel could help to solve this problem

The breakfast was good as was the restaurant in the evening. Nice area to sit and relax and enjoy the view across the valley. Adjacent to the gondola so very quick to access.

bathroom is a bit wore down, some black mold spots. to two single beds put together are on wheels, so they move around while you are trying to sleep. breakfast is very basic at the substitue restaurant in off season

There was no one working after 6PM, so if you need anything you have to figure it out yourself. The parking is paid, and it was not advised anywhere when we arrived. Plus the bathroom curtain could be a box instead, it’s not very clean.

Lovely room, spacious, the view is out of this world, the hotel has everything you need, and breakfast was great.

It's just a little far out from Sion and very uphilll, other than that it has everything! The breakfast was a little bit scarce, but we arrive just 30 minutes before closing so not really a complain.

The chalet is charming and very well kept. The view from the top is stunning! Rooms are big and comfortable, big plus for the bathroom, really big. We've been on the off season so the value is incredible!

Excellent location, easily reachable by public transport and right next to lift station. Very quiet, especially at night. Good quality breakfast for the price. Nice view over the valley.

We had two separate beds pushed next to each other. One of us always ended up in the gap between the beds. A proper double bed would have been so much better.

Room was nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast area had a stunning view. Wellness was also nice. Just two minutes walk from the ski lift.

Even if my room was on the back of the hotel, the view from the balcony (in "L" shape) was absolutely fantastic. The room was bigger than it looked in the pictures. It was clean, calm adn the staff were really friendly. Since it was not high season, I coukd easily park for free in front of the hotel. Breakfast was nice and also with a great view!

Breakfast was in another building, so were need to walk up the road when it was raining a lot. There is a wrong location specified in Booking. It opens Google Maps 2 turns to the place where the hotel exactly is. We arrived at night and it was rainy and foggy, so it was hard to find. Breakfast could be better, as there was no any kind of eggs or vegetables. Empty bar in the room.

The room is quite spacious and very comfortable with everything you need for a cosy and relaxing stay. We arrived after the check-in time and the staff was very helpful and kind in leaving us all the instructions. The village is very calm and you get immediately a mountain feeling.

Breakfast could have been better with more varieties especially bread choices. Also, the tables are not cleaned after guests and sometimes we struggled to find a clean table. Kettle in the room would be nice too.

The bedrooms in general. We have been to the hotel before refurbishment and we were pleased the hotel still keep its authentic style after great renovation.
