Very comfortable accommodation, location was amazing with fantastic views of the snow-capped mountains and lake brienz. The rooms were good sized, the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

it could be better if there is a microwave and a toaster. There was an issue with the hot water system in the middle of winter during our stay. It may be an isolated thing.

The place was clean don’t get me wrong, but it needs a bit more cleaning from the outside. We saw multiple spiderwebs on the outside of the windows.

The property was clean and spacious. The view was spectacular. Each morning and evening we enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the view of the lake and mountains. The town of Isetwald is very small but very cute.

The rooms were tiny. The beds were uncomfortable, causing some back pain. With the price they ask from customers, they should invest on better mattresses and pillows. We rented 2 apartments, one of the apartments' bathroom was so small that it was difficult to get into the bath. I suggest they refurbish their bathrooms and bedrooms to make them more comfortable for their customers.

The location was perfect. The view from our window was the stunning lake and snow capped mountains. There was a shop in the village where we could buy freshly baked warm bread which tasted so good. Less than ten minutes walk from our accomodation was a shop and a local dairyman. They sell the most natural , authentic tasting fresh milk, expressed, churned, pasteurised on site for the customer's delight. One of the delights of a small village life.

It's a bit pricey but definitely worth it!

Amazing view of the lake and very close to the port, grocery and bus station. A free-enrty strandbad is just a few minutes walk. The kitchen has basic equipment for cooking. The washing machine and dryer are in the basement. The staff are great and very helpful. Choose the apartment on the 1st floor which has a balcony.

This is an old building, we were on the ground floor apartment. The apartment is spacious but cleanliness was somewhat of an issue. We wore clean white socks around the apartment and the socks would be very dirty before end of each day. Sofa in the TV room had crumbs on it, we didn’t use the TV room except to store luggages. We could hear upstairs apartment/ people walking, running, moving tables, chairs etc, sometimes late into the night. Two of the 3 bedrooms were below the ground floor and these 2 rooms had a very strong “stuffy old” smell which is hard to ignore. And whilst the location is great (right by the lake), we get tourists looking into the apartment whenever we had the windows open during the day hence not as private as we had hoped. Some of the cooking utensils were dirty and very worn out. The toilet also had a slight stench and needs to be aired.

Great location overlooking the lake. Close proximity to the pier, minimart. Check in team was great, helpful, and accommodated our requests.
