The location is amazing. Close to all the fun stuff but separated enough that it’s quiet at night. Close to the train station. Instructions were good so never even had to deal with anyone!

There was no soap for the shower and no hand towels in the kitchen or bathrooms. Just one towel per person.

Nice view, very big rooms for a mountain chalet.

Very basic furniture, creaking noise in the whole chalet whenever someone walks (and the top and bottom apartments were used by other families). Very basic equipment (no toiletries, no spare coffee or tea bags). Very few electric sockets, etc.

    Nothing much

We have to call the landlord after climbing up the mountain. Didn't know who to contact or which apartment that we booked...Called the number on the booking and then we had access to the unit. Was very confusing as I didn't experienced anything like that before !

The location of the chalet is exceptional, it has wonderful views (which we would have enjoyed had we been able to use the balcony seating area, we found false nails and general rubbish here).

The chalet was not only tired in the furnishings, decor and facilities. It was also filthy, we had to clean the previous visitors food out the fridge and clean all the surfaces before we used them. We used all of our own crockery and cutlery due to the state of the drawers. The chalet was full of cobwebs and poorly lit. There is no evidence of a fire alarm or any detection. We were disturbed by a rude man who lives in the same building to ask our children to walk more quietly, the same person went on to use power tools into the night preventing our children from sleeping. The chalet is in a general state of disrepair and the reviews do not reflect the current state of the building - do not book.

It's placed in a good spot with great view. There is a free parking available.

It seems that we got a different appratment than the one on the pics. We had to climb with our suitcases on the stairs and it wasn't mantioned on the order. The place was basicly cleaned. The oven was dirty and there were spiderwebs in some places.

The location is great and the chalet is clean.

The host did not leave any instructions or house rules so let me help you out here. But before we get there let's go over my experience. Upon arrival, we did not meet our host and had a chat with the neighbours - apparently we should check which chalet door is open and check ourselves in. If the neighbours gave this advice it must have happened frequently. I did make this booking stating we have a child. First day child is excited running around. In a few minutes an angry Swiss man bangs on the front door and shouts at me, he is furious about the sound and wants us to keep it down. I thought he may be the other guests downstairs and we control the child. In the house we are provided keys to the front and back door. There is a clothes drying rack in the toilet and a laundry room outside the back door. That night when doing light laundry the angry Swiss man came back in his shirt and briefs for another round this time of cursing. When I somewhat calm him down to communicate he said that the laundry room was private property. To my defense there was no notice and the room was accessible. He then proceeds to storm into my floor and confiscated the back door key. We see him later at the back with a lady and we asked can you guarantee that no one is going to walk into our rooms at any time and we get the answers that the back portion of the chalet which is still accessible from the street by stairs is private and on one will come into our rooms. To give this property layout some context the chalet is laid out parallel to the street, front door is located at the right, back door is located at the left. So the house rules (this is theoretical and the host should just confirm or post their own or leave a note or greet their guests) 1. Laundry room is off limits, do not use it. 2. If you travel with kids ask them to walk normally around the chalet, it may annoy the other guests. 3. Cleaning supplies are in a closet in the main bedroom. 4.

A very unpleasant stay apart from the location and two cute cats living on the premises. First of all, while the room is called "..room with mountain view" there is no mountain view from the room. Secondly, the owner is not helpful at all, more like non-existent. When we arrived, while they had not answered our text message about the time of arrival, we kept calling so that we could be guided to our room - they had provided no information whatsoever on how to enter the room and which was our room. By sheer luck and based on some photos on Booking, we guessed which was our room, opened the unlocked door and the key was on the table. We had it easy, as one day late at night some young women were frantically looking for their room as well, in complete darkness. When we managed to enter the room, we came across many and unpleasant surprises. The chalet is crawling with spider webs (one huge spider on the door is what greeted us when we arrived) both on the outside and on the inside. And it's not the "it's the country, obviously there'll be spiders" type, all walls and ceilings were covered with them, as well as the spaces under the (very worn out) furniture. There were tons of dust, making it actually hard to breathe, especially if there's an asthmatic person staying with you. The bathroom ceiling had mold and the beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable. Moreover, the internet was not working when we arrived and obviously we needed it. We kept calling and messaging the owner for hours, to no avail. The whole first day was spent without a working internet connection - thankfully, it was fixed on the second day (still, no contact from the owner). In short, it was an unpleasant stay. They advertise their old great ratings, but recently they have been getting only low ratings.

The location is good near the train station and not far from the supermarket. There is also a parking space for your car.

We paid for the property but the host changed our dates 2 weeks before our arrival, it took many calls with Booking Support to get my dates changed back and to receive a part of my money back from the extra charge (I'm sorry for the loss of the owner but this is not ok to change the dates). The apartment was dirty, mold in the bathroom, smelled like fire due to the fire place and so on.

Nothing I don’t know this facility could be rated a 9.1. I would only give it a 5.0 or less rating. This was the worst place of my entire trip.

Everything including the smell of the space. Burnt wood stove stinks. Left us coughing!

The chalet was well located and prepared to receive guests. Good amenities.

I was not sure about my arrival time. And I didn't communicate in advance. The responsible person was not available, No one answered the door so I went upstairs, found the rooms unlocked, dared to leave my luggage and went out, came back at 5 pm, found the husband of the lady and he let me in, limited English, kind of rude appearance, was clueless but thankfully let me in.A couple of nights later another family showed up and the same drama happened to them, and then some other lady got in touch with me saying that she had the bookings mixed up, but she had moved my things around. LATER booking.com clarified my booking and I stayed as I had payed a good amount of money. Safe to say I shall not be booking a private chalet anytime soon as it was nerve wrecking.
