Siamo felici di sapere che ha apprezzato la nostra posizione panoramica e comoda, la colazione a buffet, il servizio al tavolo per i piatti caldi, e la facilità di accesso al centro tramite la funicolare. Ci fa inoltre molto piacere che il Suo amico a quattro zampe sia stato accolto con tutte le attenzioni che merita. Per noi è importante offrire un soggiorno piacevole anche agli ospiti che viaggiano con i loro animali. Ci dispiace apprendere che alla reception non fosse presente personale che parlasse italiano al momento del Suo arrivo. La nostra squadra è composta da collaboratori internazionali e ci impegniamo costantemente per offrire assistenza nelle principali lingue dei nostri ospiti.
