Pull out bed was a bit hard even with mattress topper and pillows were too flat.

The best part of the hotel is its location , just across from the Blauherd. Besides, the complimentary breakfast is a great delight to start our journey for each day in Zermatt.

There was a good choice of breakfast foods but the menu didn't vary. The bed was ok.

The location was excellent. We had room 17 with a large balcony and view of the Matterhorn. Easy access to rail station and shopping. Liked that the breakfast was included. The pillows were wonderful.

This is one of the few hotels în Zermatt with rooms having a direct view over Matterhorn and they offered us one of their best ones

Wasn't an issue for us, but there is no elevator for the upper floors.

They were helpful when we were kept from arriving for our first night stay. The breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable and room lovely and clean.

The seats and tables in the restaurant for breakfast are very congested. No passenger lift in the hotel.

Location of hotel is close to Zermatt train station and shutter bus stop to glacierparadise cable car station. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Some rooms with balcony can see Matterhorn.

Really the best possible position for skiing with family. Just 10m from entrance ro Sunnegga, it could not be better. Very cosy 3 star hotel on perfect location. Less than 10 min short walk to the center of the town

A kettle in the room for hot drinks would have been nice.

The breakfast was buffet style with a large selection of fresh food.The staff were friendly and welcoming . There is a heated boot room and ski storage area. The Sunnegga lift is opposite the hotel and the ski bus stop about 50m away.

There are quite a few bars around the hotel, so there are a lot of people and music noise that you can hear from the room. This noise ends not so late and gets quite quiet afterwards, but if you have a young enfant could be a challenge.

The location is a big plus, since is right next to ski lifts, buses, and trains. Also, the price per night, comparing to the other offers in Zermatt, is one of the best offers. The rooms was everything you need, specially if you just want just a short stay to go explore the surrounding mountains and cities (for us we went to explore the Glacier Express, and was exactly what we need).

The main drawback is the lack of a lift for transporting luggage although the family were happy to help carry luggage upstairs. A wider selection of food in the evening would have persuaded us to stay longer in the bar!

The location is fabulous and the family who run the hotel looked after us really well. Our room was spacious and had an amazing view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast is well organised with a good selection. The stubli style bar is very welcoming and had a great apres ski vibe.
