Apartment near to the ski slope. We skied almost to the door. No view due to high trees but sunny terrace all the day. Personnel was very nice and helpful

No clear signage or directions to the apartment. Had to look for it for about 5 minutes. Too many stairs no elevator available. Found stains on sofa and bedsheets (see photos).

Unfortunately the bathroom has no windows and the fan was not working. It would have been difficult to use the bathroom in 4 people for more than 1 day.

The house is near Celerina station, position is very good.

No lift, we had to carry our luggage all the way to the 3rd level. No shops near the area.

Very cozy and homely. The view from the rooms was stunning. Though the property was about 15min walk from the train station, but due the location of the property on a hill slope it was challenging to push/pull the luggage uphill.

Strange stale smell in the apartment, no outer window in the bedroom, so imppssible to ventilate air. Not possible to stand up in the shower (low ceiling), so very uncomfortable. Wifi not working the first 24 hours, then it was fixed. Not the most comfortabe beds, cold in the living room/kitchen area.

Location was superb. Few steps from the slope and cablecar to Corviglia, well equipped kitchen, much bigger apartment then expected. Quick communication with the owner.

This is not a negative review!!! Perhaps the only thing is getting to the upper floor, creaky wooden steps that may disturb the neighboring guests, leading to an uncomfortable situation. (In our case, it didn't happen, but it could be uncomfortable going up and down like that.)

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation. Comfortable and quiet environment, well-equipped kitchen, garage parking. 9/10 Thank you for the opportunity :)

It was a surprise that city tax and bed linen were not included in the price and we had to pay extra 64 francs.

There are around fifty stairs up to the apartment and no bannisters. That is especially a problem when they are wet or when one is carrying a heavy suitcase.

It was listed as a studio but really more than one, for the bedroom, although it's only window is to the salon, is a separate room.

The video instruction for finding the apartment (No. 4) is only for entering through the garage (which isn't hard to find at all), but I came on foot so I used the stairs between the garage door and mailbox, which led me to a very large apartment with open door. Later I realized how to get to apartment 4 (just walk across the terrace).

Just a little far from the city center (approx 4 kms )and it's a little hard with the luggages , as we had to climb 2 floors.

Perfect home for a group of 5-6 people and it's super spacious and a perfect view. They have 2 complete bathrooms and a proper kitchen. The rooms and good and they have an amazing terrace.

Basic things were missing like:shower gel in the bathrooms. Tea/coffee/sugar etc weren't in the kitchen. We understand that it was self catering, but good to communicate with the future guests especially staying for one or two nights.

Good location if driving. Instructions to access the apartment were good. It would be good to include Instructions for accessing garage door for parking. As the main key didn't open the garage door.

Clean, comfortable and peaceful apartment. Host was very helpful. Our family of six very much enjoyed our stay. We came to ride the Glacier Express, and the train station is a very short drive with plenty of taxis available. Cute town with great hiking nearby.
