We were disappointed to find that the restaurant is only open during the winter season.

The Chalet Speciale in Celerina is a mountain hut suitable for both winter and summer holidays in the St. Moritz area. We arrived late and it was pretty cold outside (despite it being mid-July), so we were really glad that our room was cosy and well heated. We really enjoyed breakfast. The staff were very friendly, and we had a positive overall impression.

Almost nobody spoke German which was surprising as German is the language of the area albeit with strong Romantsch and Italian input.

Our room was really hot despite it being -12C outside. It was difficult to regulate the temperature in the room.

Excellent value budget accommodation in this pricey region. Breakfast was good. Staff welcoming and helpful. Although the shared facilities may not be too everyone's liking, at this price, I think it's unreasonable to complain about that.

Bathroom smelt of vomit.the bar restraunt closed really early.we got private bathroom but got woke up all night by people using the shared bathroom.

Wooden chalet meant there was lots of noise from neighbouring room. Shared bathroom facilities were not as good as they could be - felt very much like a hostel rather than a hotel. Very poor electrical facilities in the bedroom - only a single socket combined with the light switch, and not much use if you only had standard European plugs and not the specially narrow Swiss ones.

The breakfast was good. Attractive traditional wooden chalet. Really good view from window and very close to the station. Also handy for supermarket which we used as the hotel's dinner menu sounded frighteningly expensive.

A little far away for the main train station. Our room is on the top floor but it doesn't provide an elevator so we have to carry the luggage upstairs.

Decent breakfast, and even the bathroom is shared, but it is very clean and well-maintained. It is very pleasant to stay in this hotel at an affordable price.

only one power socket, was enough for us but maybe one more would be helpful for others (for charging two phones at a time). no coffee was served for breakfast, maybe we should have asked

Pillows were a little too flat...

Breakfast was simple but filling, Room amenities could be a bit more for eg shower gel and shampoo were not quite ample foe a family of four but was available upon request. Fabulous location, close to ski lifts, train & bus stations, eateries - all within 10mins walk.

The bathroom door was broken, and not able to close it, a bit awkward for group of 4 friends. But we survive :)

Delicious breakfast, dogs were allowed without any extra costs. Great location with free parking as well.
