The location was great, it was a modern Hotel and they had tried to make the best out of the space with super friendly staff

Shower curtain wasn’t really clean and TV didn’t work properly

The property was ok, the bed was very comfortable.

The bar was expensive and the quality of drinks was not great.

great location, lots of space at the first floor, good facilities, stuf was very nice and helpful,

the room was small and smelled bad, i only whet for two nights so i didnt complain abou the smell. The cups were missing from the sink and there was not bottle to drink, it had to go down to get a bottle, the shower didnt have soap only shampoo

Bed is against wall, so harder if sharing, for one person to get out without waking the other

I liked the lobby, the hip design and overall vibe of the hotel, the friendly staff, the thoughtful amenities. The location was excellent - it was very convenient to walk to the train station and the city's attractions.

We booked four rooms. Out of the four, one had aircon problems from the start. Another room had aircon problems on the second night. But thankfully, the hotel was gracious enough to offer our friends complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience they suffered.

⭐ 6.75/10 The hotel has an amazing location, which felt very safe and made exploring Zurich easy and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, the technology in the room was modern, and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the views from the window. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a major issue. The “fresh” towels we received were already dirty, the bed sheets did not feel clean, and shockingly, the housekeeper had left a cleaning towel inside the bed under the blanket, which I only discovered when I laid down and felt something strange. This was unacceptable. The bathroom is very small, almost like one you’d find on an airplane, but still functional. Overall, while the location and comfort were good, the cleanliness needs serious improvement.
