The WiFi worked well only in one spot of the room. That’s the only thing that bothered me during the stay

I like how clean and spacious it was, even though I got a single room there was plenty of space, with a big kitchen which is rare. Cleaning was done everyday, the breakfast was great. And you feel like you’re almost alone at the hotel because of self check in services and privacy

The area where the hotel is situated consists of small industry buildings and ordinary houses. There is absolutely nothing to see or do in the area. The prices in the restaurant are in the high end and there are no alternatives in the area. (The food and service were however very good).

The Hotel building is relative new and in good and modern condition. The rooms were very clean and all in good order. There is a self check-in and it worked fine. The Hotel has a restaurant, where we had both dinner and breakfast. The restaurant is very good and especially the dinner we had was of high quality and standart. We were allowed to bring our dog to the restaurant. The hotel is conveniently near to the highway less than a 10 minuts drive.

The shower is very dangerous. No suitable for older people. There is a bug step that could make people fall when you get off the shower. Need to be fixed that.

Some noise from the main entrance door falling shut. It was fine when I closed the second door to my room within my appartment. No leisure areas outside your appartment except bistro. Also only Terrestric TV reception. Italian channels only. Use free wifi for streaming.

Unfortunately, the cooling system was not functioning so it was a trade off between being way too hot inside or getting sting by tigers-mosquitoes while opening the windows.

The only think i didn't like muche was the bed, too hard for me. But well... this is 100% personal taste.... no a problem if you prefer it.

CP resort is a fair and affordable option to stay for a one-day stop if you are driving far, or for a few nights. Quick self-check-in, available 24/7, what makes things very easy. Also, there's a good parking behind the hotel, with plenty of space (at least at the night I was there). It's only 20 min from Lugano, if you are driving or by taxi. I didn't try it because I arrived late, but the restaurant downstais looks great. Worth a check is you are hungry. Shower was very good.

Beautiful. Self check in. Take the room card. Rooms are in one coridor going trough with 10 step upstair. Comfortable bedroom and bathroom also a kitchen. With water , candysugar and coffee gifts. Thanks

Only 1 airco unit for the entire apartment. It was hot inside when we arrived. The internet coverage in apartment 9 is very poor. A water cooker would be an added value in the kitchen.

- big apartment - very clean - comfortable beds - newly refurbished - great value for money - we loved the self-check-in system We only stayed for a night on our way to Italy. So I cannot make any comments about the location and if there are a lot of things to do in that area.

No cafeteria, no restaurant nearby. When you come during heatwave, there is no cool place to wait for your Check-in time! (At least on Weekend) Middle of industrial area.
