Spa shuttle was not working for couple of days and given quite hot weather, for a person with limited ability it was inconvenient, although it is indeed a minor point.

Very nice location in a quiet village by the lake, nice indoor pool with salt water, comfortable beds and sufficiently big room. Friendly and helpful staff, any issues arising are dealt with pretty quickly. Sufficient parking space, a lot to see in the surrounding area. We particularly enjoyed the "beverages station" in the corridor where you could get nice coffee and cold water 24/7.

Food at the restaurants was fabulous. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Rooms were wonderful and smelled like a spa. The spa was also top notch. Property sits right on the lake so it was a great location. They provided us with a bus pass making it easy to get around.

I had a truly wonderful stay at DeltaPark Vital Resort. From the moment I arrived, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Timings of the spa available to kids, although could probably a plus to some people. To have to wait till 11:00 am - 15:00 to go to the spa takes out allot of the morning with kids generally waking up allot earlier. Might be nice to introduce a shorter earlier spot, Shower head in room very small so probably would benefit with a bigger shower head.

I just loved everything on that place

Everything was perfect, the room was really spacious and clean, with all the necessities. The staff is very professional, kind and very helpful. Also all the other parts of the resort are so relaxing and for sure I want to go again and enjoy the pools and sauna because I didn't have enough time to do it. I just love that place 💕

Bed mattresses were quite thin, still comfortable. The drive up to the hotel is around a boat yard, so it's deceptive. Not a complaint, rather don't let that be your first impression. The facilities are fantastic.

Loved the collection of open park space, view of the lake, variety of pool / sauna options and the gym was top level. Also appreciated their communal water/beverage component on each hall with a commitment to less use of plastics.

Location is confusing…..very hard to find the turn from highway. No briefings about hotel facilities…there should be at least a small tour around to know how use hotel facilities like spa and pools. Strange bathroom design….toilet in cabin!!!!

When I arrived at the hotel, I ordered water and coffee with the welcome drink card I received. The male staff member working at the bar was very rude and made the coffee very nervously. I was so upset that I wanted to cancel my hotel reservation. If I hadn't ordered the welcome drink, everything would have been perfect.

The facility was completely clean and the breakfast was delicious. The breakfast restaurant staff were especially friendly. Thanks to you, I was able to start my day in a good mood.❤️

the second room was without air conditioning and it’s was getting too hot at night and we were un able to open the windows because of the mosquitos and insects around on the lake side. The room with air conditioning was not cooling well.

The staff are so supportive and the place is clean and attractive with excellent view and breakfast. They also offer free snacks and coffee on each floor for free. Free parking 😊 free city bike renatsl. There is also activities on side.

There are no real double beds. Instead they move to beds together if requested. A valet parking service would be appreciated for the price paid per night. In room wine glasses were missing and there was no mini bar in the room which was a bit weird.

The room was clean, modern and spacious. Especially the balcony was a highlight with beautiful views over the garden and the lake. The Spa was not the biggest but the pools were super nice and I highly appreciated the selection of 2 separate sauna areas: 1 with swimming wear and 1 without. We ate dinner in the Thai restaurant and were amazed by the authentic Thai tastes. Breakfast was good but with a really bad coffee. Pro tip: Order the coffee from the bar. You pay for it but it is worth it. :)

The restaurant served amazing food.:-) We liked the Spa a lot:-) Our room in the main building was very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was delicious too:-) We went there in spring (There were not a lot of people). Thun Old Town is very close.:-) (15 min. by car)
