Shower door was a small corner opening. I'm an average build and could only just get into the shower. Not the greatest location, but didnt feel unsafe.

Place was clean and spacious. Air con was great, but a bit noisy. Great little Italian cafe down around the corner. Close to train station.

The room is a little bit small, but the bed and pillows are very soft and comfortable. The location is a walking distance from the train station and 5 minutes' walk to the United Nation's building.

Room was generally comfortable and clean but there were a couple of cleaning points of attention such as a dust pile behind the bathroom door.

Location was convenient for site seeing and access to the train station. Hotel was modern but we didn't use too many facilities during our short stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

A bit noisy when the guest taking a bath in the room nearby, especially at night. However, considering the location of the hotel, it is quiet though.

The bed is comfortable, and the facilities are good for tourists like us.

firstly location was excellent. walking distance to Geneva lake. Hotel in a quiet street around the corner from the Main Street. comfortable room and large bed , loved the coffee machine for early morning coffee , stayed three nights before hiring a car and driving through the Swiss alps . staff were incredibly kind & went out of their way to help us when the airline lost one of our cases& it arrived broken . Highly recommend this hotel.

Location could be a bit closer to the station and the AC in my room was a bit capricious and noisy.

Good location in a quiet street near the station, friendly staff and quality fittings overall. My room especially was very nice (for the price and for Geneva)

The room was really clean and the bed was super comfortable. Water pressure was fantastic and the A/C was really good in that heat! Good breakfast with nice touches like ginger water. A tray of water jnfused with orange or cucumber always awaited and that was awesome coming from the heat outside. The entrance stairs are really steep and it was difficult to manage my heavy luggage on my own. There is a really steep ramp. The cleaner was super diligent. Staff at reception were helpful, although a bit impatient. All and all, a good stay.

I had regular issues with the key cards. Staff was helpful but there is no one to call at night and no one on site.

Located near the train station and central to everything in the city centre. Smaller property tucked off a main road made it a quiet place. Room was comfortable.

Local was within walking distance of Geneva lake and the Jet d’Eau de Genève. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice.

Only the air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy — maybe you could take a look at that. But I still slept well despite it.
