Spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Quiet area of Zermatt, very good for walking/hiking. Well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, comfortabke beds. The apartment has everything you need to have a nice stay. I recommend using the ski-buss when you return from skiing, otherwise you have to climb uphill a lot.

The apartment is well design, super comfort and exactly the same as the provided pictures. We enjoyed a lot to stay for 8 nights. The kitchen is fully equipped, we cook every days and relex in the apartment after hard days from mountain.

It turns out there is only one washer and one dryer for the whole building and you can only use them on certain days/times. We plan our clothing/packing based on the availability of washers/dryers on our trip and we were unable to use the ones there because we weren't there on the right days. The keys were not in the lockbox, but the owner did answer when I called and we were able to get in. It would be helpful if the unit was stocked with a few basics like small bottles of shampoo/conditioner and cooking oil in the kitchen. The guide book needs to be updated as neither taxi number is accurate anymore, and the bus stop closest to the apartment is not being used for construction. Finally, it might be helpful to sand the doors and table as it is very easy to get splinters in your hands.
The apartment was large and clean and the beds were comfortable. The upstairs bedroom had its own bathroom. Wifi was quick. Downstairs had a bedroom with a bathroom and a separate water closet. There was a balcony that had amazing views of the Matterhorn. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and a microwave.
