No air conditioning, was a bit hot, wouldn't recommend. Leaving the windows open a bit before going to bed didn't help. Toilet and shower room a bit small. Sink to close the tap to comfortably wash your face and rinse your mouth out.

Does the job. Size OK, has a shower, the hotel is in a relatively central location with good public transport links.

In summer you really need air conditioning as the room was so hot that it made sleeping difficult. Also, a table would have been a great addition.

No A/C in the summer, opening the windows lets in more noise than fresh air. Upstairs neighbor kept making a lot of noise up until 3am.

The room doesn't have a single chair or place to leave clothes, not even a small closet. The bathroom is unnecessarily small and inconvenient. The room was super expensive for what it is. It was like a private hostel room, but at the cost of a regular hotel room. It would be fine if the price were half of what it was. The room was poorly ventilated and quite loud from the street downstairs.

The location is very good, the check-in and check-out experience was smooth, the lockers are very convenient to leave our stuff on our last day before going to the airport.

The shower was quite cramped. The room was quite hot but the windows opened very wide.

The room was basic but functional. It was a twin room, both beds had a plug socket with usb and a built in light. Online checkin was simple and clear.

Bathroom was small. Could have been cleaner but wasn’t horribly dirty. There was no furniture apart from the bed so you will have to live out of your suitcase. The pillows were so uncomfortable and unless you stay in your room between 11-3 then you won’t be able to speak to housekeeping to get you another one

Good location and close to shops and transport to main station. Good sized bedroom. Fair price for Switzerland. Free use of fans from the 5th floor. Responsive team via messages

No air conditioning, which made it impossible to sleep as night temperature was +25 degrees Celsius. Even if a fan had been provided, it would have helped.

Great location, 2 mins from Tram, area felt safe and was mostly quiet. The room was clean. Shop right beside which was very handy! Good to have vending machines in lobby.

Sparse storage- no shelving for clothes & very limited hanging for clothes.

Clean & simple. Comfortable bed. Good & instant hot water supply for shower & shaving. Great to have roll down shutter to cut down noise & light.

Bathroom was interestingly small/no frills as a sort of container room installed within the room. Serves its purpose though!
