I don't have anything which I dislike. Maybe the resturant working hours - it's closing at 20:00 - which doesn't allow you to have lunch after daily activities (it's too early)

I liked the room size a lot. It was clean and with enough space. The location is perfect - with very nice viewings when you get outside.

Wow! As a family of 4 (including two teenagers), we booked the apartment, and we were so pleased we did! The apartment was absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated and very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and a great size. The views from the huge windows were lovely! The staff were great and breakfast was very nice. One of the nicest rooms we've ever stayed in!

If I was being really picky, I’d say the basement rooms were just a little bit less nice. But we can’t really complain.

Loved the location and the decor. Rooms were really comfortable. Basement room (which my sons were in) was perhaps a bit dark compared to our ground floor room, but still very nice. Food was very good value and tasty, and the staff were exceptional - very friendly and genuine. Given the weather was a bit iffy, we really loved spending time in the reading room - a very comfortable and beautifully decorated space.

Our room was in the lowest floor, like in the cellar. Otherwise everything was fine.

Not a dislike but an advice. If you don't choose half pension, let the staff know in advance if you would like to eat at the restaurant and when, so they are prepared. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge. A minor issue not directly related to the hotel, although there are some fields around for your dog to do their business, I didn't see any trash cans around.

Good access, with a bus stop 2 min away from the hotel that takes you to the gare; historical building but installations are modern. I was surprised to be upgraded to a double room since I was bringing my dog. It made my day! The room was very spatious, bed was amazing, and my dog enjoyed the sun in the varanda. Also, the hotel provided bowls and a dog bed. Staff is very friendly, both from the reception and restaurant. Overall, I was really impressed and will be happy to come back!

The hotel’s interior was stylish, modern, and beautifully maintained. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a larger room, which made my stay even more comfortable. The room was cleaned spotless, with fresh towels provided daily, even without request. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared every morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly; always smiling and ready to help. I could see that the team clearly takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about guest experience. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Always a blast! Want to highlight the breakfast and of course the friendly staff! The rooms are clean and beautiful. Not the first time I stayed here, and definitely not the last! Close to the bus that takes you between the lifts and you will get the public transport card when you check in. Ski room is convenient. Also the “library” where you can play board games or sit to take something to drink is very nice!

Everything was very good. But for skiseason I missed Glühwein. Would be great if hotel could serve it for the afternoon.

Good location, comfortable bed. Clean room. I liked library, we used it for family activities in the evening and for reading after skiing. Good breakfast.
