The bed was not comfortable. The place is a bit far from the train terminal but is served by a bus. 10 to 15 min walk though. The breakfast options were rather limited and not properly labelled. Most of the meats were pork, yet unlabelled. Some of the cutlery during breakfast did not look clean. No fridge in the room.

The view from our room was amazing. The room was very spacious with a nice balcony and a tub. A small river was nearby. It was lovely to sit outside and listen to the flow of water. There was parking in front of the property. Helpful staff though they seemed like they needed extra help.

Bathroom was dated and mattresses not the most comfortable. We had to take two buses to get to ski lifts (Terminal/Firstbahn).

Great stay in Grindelwald. We got upgraded to a mountain view room with balcony. Everything was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

While one of the less expensive places in Grindelwald, it was not cheap. Last renovation must have been sone time ago; considering the price we would expect something a bit more modern.

Good location, far enough from the centre to be quiet but close enough to walk or bike. Nice little balcony and spectacular view. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Clean and everything working as expected.

The possibility to store shoes and skis at the "Central Sport" shop at the bottom of the slopes. The clerk at the reception was also super friendly. I came early and was allowed to check in at 10am, and also got a free croissant!

The hotel was not a hotel it was like a hostel, no reception person, parties every night all night loud music all night both night. No 1 working in the hotel after 8 in the evening so do groups that where staying in the hotel where visiting each other room all night.. knocking on doors.. very unsafe place to go with young family or small group of people.. the pictures of the hotel rooms are not the same when you arrive poor condition and not maintained. I would not recommend families or small groups to go. 25 minutes walk away from the main town.. breakfast the a poor selection and what was out was not fresh plus there was not many staff working to help or give feedback.

Balcony, my son said his bed was comfortable mine wasn’t rooms were not cleaned or maintain.

The most amazing location, completely uninterrupted views of Grindelwald! Balcony room was everything you need. Having a coffee or wine on the balcony watching the view. Absolutely stunning. Will 100% recommend to friends. Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly! Great help with anything we needed! The extremely large groups of Chinese tourists definitely make life hard for staff and they have zero consideration for other guests. Any of the negative reviews on the property tend to be Asian guests, however the staff are amazing, location is great and it just seems those particular guests have no manners or consideration for others. If you get the chance, visit this place!!

Rooms are nice, breakfast had everything you would expect and view is also good. Location is close enough from the center of the village that you can walk (at least if you are not wearing ski shoes)

It's a good walk up hill but you can get a free bus, don't let that put u off as its a great location and very comfy hotel
