We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Everything! We loved our room, which felt brand new. A great deal of thought had gone into its design and the bathroom was stylish with a great shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable with high quality linen. The views were stunning. We were warmly received on arrival and everyone was welcoming and pleasant throughout our 4 night stay. The food in the restaurant was of a high standard.

TurkeyDorm rooms are very cramped beds are too close together and side by side. Maybe good for students but grown up people does not fit. There is no lobby or longe area to relax eat your own food. Reception people are so so.. Dorm rooms should be cheaper to make it worth or there should be less beds

The staff at the reception was great and very helpful as I travelled with my aged mother. I loved the location of the hotel and the amenities (Jacuzzi within the room). Great views from the balcony
